Absolutely perfect location, very clean, and great views. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

This place was amazing!! We stayed for the week of Spring break. Walking distance to everything in Springdale. Beautiful views just outside the balcony. Very clean and comfortable.. would definitely stay again!!

Brand new, fully stocked kitchen, great pools and hot tub. Great location.

The property was fantastic.  Everything you could want in a place was provided.  The only negative was the hot tub jets were out of order and we would've like to use the hot tub during our stay.

I loved staying here and will definitely stay here again. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed how large the suite felt. I loved everything about it. My only suggestion to make it even better than it already is  would be a fire pit. I would give it 6/5 stars instead of 5/5. 😄

This was the perfect place to stay and relax during our time at Zion.  So clean and beautiful!

Amazing. Modern. Close to everything. Equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay.

Loved the welcome gift treats, the hiking and dining guide, the coffee pods, the decor, comfortable seating options, spacious bathroom and shuttle stop nearby. Only glitch was the South property hot tub was out of order and we had to walk along a busy street sidewalk to use the North property hot tub. Pool was beautiful. The location was perfect to access restaurants and shopping. Shuttle to Zion Park was very convenient

Literally cannot say enough great things about this property and the guest relations manager. They were accommodating to everything and the place itself is absolutely incredible. If you have a big group, this is the place to be. Everything you would need to function as normal was there. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed in Johnson Mountain villa and it was perfect size for our group of 6. Very nice, modern and clean  apartment with everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Location can’t be better with so close to the park and shuttle stop across the street. Enough dining and grocery options around. I do think overall this is slightly on expensive side.  One issue/warning:We booked via Expedia instead of direct as it was cheaper and saw that we were charged $90 more than what Expedia quoted. After communicating with the property manager, we found out that Expedia forces them to add lower cleaning fees though they charge higher. I find this very deceiving because I was charged $90 more than my quoted price without any communication and ended up disputing that amount. On Expedia, there was no mention that cleaning fees will be different than quoted and I only found out after seeing the charge. So PLEASE BE AWARE that cleaning fees might change and it might be better to book directly with the company.

We stayed at The Zion Suite and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Full size shampoo/body wash, laundry facilities with detergent!! Very comfortable beds and extremely clean. We had the pool to ourselves one day too. Highly recommend! Close to a few restaurants (make reservations) and close to the park…loved it.

Our stay was great.  The property is in excellent condition and everything is almost brand new.  Parking was great and a Zion shuttle stop was very close by.  We had 5 people and the size of  the 2 bedroom condo and pull out sofa bed was perfect.   There is one bathroom which was ok and it would have been fine if there were some mirrors in the bedrooms.  The only mirror was in the bathroom.  Hopefully they can add some.

Beautiful property in excellent condition

The property was very clean, good location to everything to zion park, shopping, food, etc. Good communication with staff via email/text. I stayed at the Narrows Villa which is the Villa on the 1st level/floor. Unfortunately, being on th bottom level footsteps and running was heard from the upper level. The sound was very loud even just regular steps it was easily heard. The property's dish washer was not functional. I did let guest relations know about the dish washer. Guest relations did offer tips to operate the dishwasher and if needed to have it be fixed. Otherwise, I would stay in La Fave again beautiful property and good location. Thank you.

This property was immaculate in every way. The amenities provided from kitchenware to laundry let you enjoy your stay after a long day exploring Zion. Walk to nearby eateries, hop on the local Springdale bus stop, or just sit and enjoy from the patio while using the provided bbq grill. This was a first rate property and pleasure to stay, we will be looking forward to coming back.

Very nice condo!  The only thing that could be improved is a larger seating area to watch the huge TV.   It is also a little inconvenient that it appears additional LaFave condos are under construction and the fencing around the site makes the current parking lot very narrow.  But we managed just fine.....

Great property- clean and functional, and central located! The Zion Suite has a deck with a grill and great views of the mountains and the stars at night. Great location on the main road, Springdale shuttle stop across the street, a few stops to Zion National Park. Restaurants and market all in walking distance.

I liked the modern look, washer/dryer, full size soap (name brand not cheep hotel soaps). It’s nice being able to use the key pad instead of a normal check ins. What I didn’t like is the alarm went off every morning at 12 AM. It started going off in the day time as well. It wasn’t fixed for the three nights we stayed. It was scary and disruptive to our rest. The sofa bed is very poor quality. I’ve used them in resorts before including in Hawaii and this one was the worst I’ve ever stayed on. Also we had so many insects, including spiders and even an outdoor cockroach that came in under the door. The last night we rolled up the towels to put on both the front and back door because we had so many insects. I know it’s an outdoors vibe, but they can keep up on the insect control. Maybe get the property sprayed. I loved that you can walk outside and the shuttle pickup is close and lots of food locations. I’d stay again in hopes I could get a top apartment.
