I admit I'm biased I own a unit here we have owned it for 14 years and we come here every summer and boat, we come here every winter and ski. We come here in the fall and just look at the beautiful leaves. And every time we're here I think how lucky I am to own this place. I look at all the pictures of the family on the wall and all the years of memories. Come to Huntsville it's a great vacation.

What a cool Rental with all the comforts of home and the added outdoor Wasatch Mountain View’s. The ambiance of a local ski Calais and a warm fire can not be matched. Complete kitchen or just a 5 minute drive to great dinning this is the way to experience northern Utah summer or winter. And a werly  gig tub to boot 😏

This was our first time here and we loved it!  The condo was spacious and very clean with extremely comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, dishes, utensils, etc.  Trundle bed was a little challenging for adults - wish we would have known the sleeping layout.

We rented unit 27 for 2 nights with friends. The house was really clean and well stocked and had everything we needed for our large group. It was really hot out and the air conditioner worked well. The beds were comfortable, and  the bathrooms clean. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The garage was too small for the big rig we were driving, it wouldn't fit inside. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

We spent a week @ Cascades #205 and overall it is an amazing place.
We skied all day came home to enjoy dinner together with our families and fell into bed each day.
We treated Cascades 205 like it was our home since it was home for a week.
The kitchen was very well appointed. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious. We loved the hot showers no one took long soaks in the tubs though.
Location was great for Snowbasin Resort out ski mountain of choice. Our group of 8( 4 adults and 4 tweens) had room to move around comfortably. Not having to worry about keys and using the codes was a great thing.
We had some booking issues from beginning to end but I think those have all been sorted out. 
We left the owners some feedback; controlling the heat was very difficult. It was too hot and despite our best efforts to lower it, it would raise up. Even maintenance couldn't figure it out when they came to fix the smoke alarms( all had to be replaced).
The second floor was extremely warm, the main floor was also, the basement level was the coolest. We never used the gas fireplace because it was so very warm inside which was a bit of a disappointment.
Cascades provides a good amount of space so you are not on top of each other or worried it you are the first or last one up. 
Coffee maker worked well
The place was very clean when we arrived. The carpets were very clean and not worn. The decor is a bit dated and the furniture was functional. The hot tub might need to be looked at. 
The TV did not work well for us eventually we had to engage maintenance. A thought, it might be a good idea to include some instructions for using the remote controls. It was not very straight forward and we needed some help from maintenance.
The garage could only accommodate 1 car and the remote disappeared before we arrived. Once we had the code for the garage it made life easier to open the garage door.
None of the clocks worked, odd but not a big deal.

Valley Market down the road and the coffee/cocoa place next door were terrific.
Wine selection at Summit was good. Tubing at Nordic Valley was so much fun we went twice.

Eden is a beautiful place and we look forward to returning.
