We stayed on the 15th floor in a 1 bedroom condo for 8 nights. It was a wonderful experience. The unit was spacious for our family of 4. We slept in the king bedroom with our own bathroom. One of our kids slept on the bunk beds and another on the sofa bed. They had their own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked  and was a nice size. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking and the balcony was large. 
A couple issues-the toaster was broken and there was a lightbulb out. We contacted Vacasa and they replaced the toaster and lightbulb promptly. The floors could use a good mopping and deep cleaning of carpets. If you walked around without shoes, your feet would get dirty. 
Be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels and extra towels as they do not supply that many.
Also bring laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent  because only a minimal amount was supplied. The washer and dryer in the unit were so handy and we used them almost daily! 
Overall, a wonderful stay and we would recommend.

Wonderful, quiet and great views

Always keep in mind that these condos are all rentals so don't expect the best furniture or the best anything, that being said, the view is unbeatable and the sunsets stellar. If I were staying longer (we stayed 4 days) I would bring spices, knives, beach towels etc. as non of that is supplied, not even a box of kleenex or an extra t.p. roll. However these are great for a family, 2 bunks in the hallway and a king for mom and dad. this unit had lots of good kitchen goods to cook and fairly newer furniture. the veranda was very nice with 4 chairs. Some you find only have 2. Close to everything to shop for your needs. Expensive, but that is beach life! 

Better than most units!

1606 Seychelles Beach Resort in Panama City, FL was a great experience.  Location was fantastic, Condo was perfect and had everything we needed.  The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and slept like a baby.  Two baths, sleeps four (although there were just two of us)   and the décor was just perfect for a beachside Condo overlooking a beautiful white sandy beach.  We caught a thunderstorm at night, and it was breathtaking to view the lightning striking out in the ocean.  Were there for our 8th Anniversary - it was just perfect.

Unit 1606 - Fantastic view and great experience

My original plan to stay at Seychelles Beach Resort was for 6 nights, check-in May 25 2022 and check-out 31 2022. My family found the washer machine has been broken for 6 days before I checked-in. Full of dirty and smelly sewage was remained there until we checked out. I called front desk everyday and requested to change the unit or fix the washer machine. Front desk said no one couldn't come to fix, desk said it was because memorial holiday season, or no unit to change. On 28th, my children got an headache all day long because of the sewage smell right in front of their bed. My children started to begging me to go back home. By several attempting to get an approval, finally I  spoke with GM and approved for early check-out at 10 pm. GM told me to remove the washer machine right away so that my children could be rest little better. In addition, GM said the money will be refunded (for 3 nights). But, no one came to unit to remove the washer machine. 
I checked out early on 29th and went back home. Our family trip, which we had planed for a year, was completely ruined by the resort's irresponsible way of handling this issue.
So far, Seychelles refunded me only small portion. I have requested to refund for 3 nights several times as GM told me. Front desk just said no more refund and hung up.

Terrible stay at Seychelles beach resort

Hands down 5 stars for location, view, parking, and accommodations. We stayed for 5 nights. And enjoyed every bit of it!! Love the location !! A trip to remember for sure!! We will be back! Close to Resturant and shopping easily accessible with out getting in the main tourist trap traffic. The property was well maintained. Everything worked great!!

Amazing Stay

Stayed from January to March. What a great place. Fabulous gulf view from the 20th floor. The condo is awesome. Two bedroom, two full baths. Fully equipped kitchen, beach toys, linens etc.
Just wonderful over all. Two outdoor pools, one heated and unheated plus a hot tub off the heated pool. Exercise facilities on site. Shopping five minutes away and several restaurants within walking distance. 
You couldn’t ask for better hosts. Cathleen and Jeff are just amazing. A quick text and any issue will be taken care of asap, but honestly don’t think you’d have any issues. 
Definitely a five star experience in my opinion. Would certainly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Awesome!

We stayed in unit 1606, it was very clean, the furniture was very nice. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, we cooked several meals in the condo. We had an awesome view of the ocean, we saw several dolphins playing. I would stay here again.

February vacation

We stayed in a west end unit on the 18th floor. It was a fantastic view! The unit was beautiful but had some common rental issues which did not ruin our trip. They also had a parking garage that an actual pickup truck could get into (I.e. one that is taller than a Toyota Supra). Although parking may be limited. The common areas were very clean and all of the staff we dealt with were friendly. We will book again.

Labor Day at Seychelles.

First off the location is wonderful! It's right next to Schooners, and the beach umbrella rental, jet ski rental, etc is right there! Elevators are super fast and we felt very safe. I will stay there again, but there were problems.
1. My friend called specifically to ask about parking passes. She was told we got two. That was important because we had driving teens with us. However, the second "pass" was the sandy lot beside the deck. Two nights out of four we were unable to find a parking spot due to patrons of Schooners, even though they weren't supposed to park there. Nobody was there checking. I saw three different vehicles park and the people get out and go into Schooners.
2. Our room showed up online as recently being for sale. That's no problem except that it looked like supplies had been haphazardly placed in there. First, there were no sheets or pillows for the couch bed. We found one blanket which we used to cover the mattress. Fortunately the kids had personal blankets and pillows. The freezer leaked into the fridge, and we had to keep a bowl for the water and empty a couple of times a day. The dryer was not efficient at all. It took five times of high heat the.max minutes to dry four beach towels. We finally rationed out bathing towels. The light on the balcony was out. I know these are little things, but they add up. I honestly don't think the whole resort is this way, but I would not request that unit again. 
3. This is NOT the fault of Seychelles or the place that rents umbrellas,  but  I am including it in my review. I paid online to reserve umbrella and chairs on the front row. However, I did not know that PCB changed its policy and now allows private beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels to set up.in front of the reserved chairs.  So instead of watching our kids and the ocean, I paid 142.00 to look at the back of beach chairs, people's heads, and the rear-end of an individual that passed out face down whose bathing suit bottom left little to the imagination! It was impossible not to see since it was right in front of us. Again, I realize this is part of beach vacations, but part of that 142.00 is for the view which is no longer worth it. 
Finally, yes I will stay there again because the location is wonderful.  A definite five! But the vacation companies need to address unit issues and make sure things are working and supplies quoted in their ads are available.

Great Location, but only giving it three stars!

Unit 1203 was filthy and contained an excessive amount of hair throughout the condo. So much so that we had to request the cleaning staff return and clean the room.  The floors were so dirty and contained so much hair that we wore flip flops when walking in the unit (the below picture of the towel is where my husband took a shower, walked to the living room barefoot, and then wiped his feet. This is how nasty the floors are). My son found a used, dirty Band-Aid on the bedroom floor.  The living room furniture is old and stained. The bed is very uncomfortable. Upon our arrival, we found a used soap bar on the kitchen counter and used shampoo and bath sponges in the hallway bathroom. The owner offered to refund the cleaning fee after I provided him pictures to show the unsanitary conditions.  However, after we checked out and I followed up on the refund, he “discovered” other issues that negated the refund.  I followed up with him about the newly discovered issues requesting proof of the issues he found.  I have yet to hear back from him.  Finally, the maintenance crew informed us that the shower in the hallway bathroom leaks into the unit below.  As such, we were not allowed to use the hallway shower for the last two days of our stay.
