What a great find! Spent a couple weeks in Chicago after my sons surgery.  Couldn't have asked for nicer accommodation. The apartment on 36th fl had a beautiful view and every basic comfort you could ask for. We loved the gym which was an added plus. The position, front desk and every thing about the apartment was perfect for our stay. Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with Manilow Suites. Thank you!

I received a promotion relocated to Chicago.  I needed corporate housing and I requested to stay at 215 West because I had visited a friend who stayed there several years before when she relocated and I was very impressed with it. I moved in on May 1, 2016 and I must say I have truly enjoyed my stay here at 215 West.  The apartment was fully furnished with everything you would have in your home, and if you wanted something that was not there they did everything possible to accommodate you, all you had to do was ask and they provided it. The computer room with printers, the gym, the pool and grill areas were awesome. Everyone  on the staff was so welcoming and accommodating.  I will hate leaving as it has been a great location to everything I needed, plus just a short walk to my office. My 2 month stay is coming to an end and while I have found an apartment that I am happy to move into, I will certainly miss all that 215 West has provided me.  I am so very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

We were all set to check out and move back home July 20th, after enjoying 7 weeks at Manilow's lovely apartment. On July 16th, our contractor informed us it would be another 4 weeks before moving home was possible. 

Miriam immediately went to work on their fully booked schedule, and I contacted 5 other housing services as backup. All were booked solid during this peak season, which meant we would bounce between hotels for the next 4 weeks with a 15 year old dog.

Miriam and Manilow Suites went above and beyond for us. Miriam treated us like family, and not only found us a place to stay, but allowed us to stay in the same unit so another move would not be required. 

I simply cannot thank Manilow Suites, Miriam, and their entire team enough for the accommodation, hospitality, and professionalism. And, all of this is in addition to the luxurious apartment and excellent service we enjoyed for weeks.  

I hope this review will inspire others to enjoy your superior services.

When I saw the property in the photos I wasn't thrilled as it looked very corporate and not very homely, but this couldn't have been further from the truth when I actually checked-in. The place had a lovely feel to it, and it has all the amenities you need so that your stay there is as hassle free as possible.

The Manilow Suites Management make themselves available to answer any queries or questions, and were kind enough to provide me extra bedding when I needed it at very short notice. I can see from previous reviews that they have even implemented some of the suggestions that previous residents have put forward, so it's definitely a forward thinking company that's looking to continually improve their service.

The location is incredible if you are working in the loop, but as previous reviews have suggested it's essentially an area that caters to the 9-5 weekday crowd so don't expect much activity in-between those times, but if you bear that in mind beforehand then you're not going to have any issues. It's close enough to other popular areas of the city so don't worry about that too much,

I relocated to Chicago for my job.  I needed corporate housing and was set up with Manilow Suites at 215 West Washington.   The unit was great.  Not only was it only 3 blocks from work it was clean and spacious.  The staff was great and did an outstanding job to make me feel at home.  The staff at Manilow were great.  Communication was outstanding and service impeccable.  Highly recommended.   Thanks for making my move less stressful.  I did not want to leave.
