There was nothing I didn't like.In fact I loved all things about this place especially the cleaning staff and desk clerks.I can really say this is one of the best motels I have ever stayed in.Absolutely charming. 👍😴🙏😇📜

Good customer service staff nice and friendly

The property sat off the road creating its own cove which was nice. Aside of the family with loud children the area itself stayed quiet. Nothing wrong with the room. Seemed to be some mild renovation happening during the day but was respectful noise hours. Front staff were friendly and highly competent. My room key deactivated a few times i liked that they verified me as the room holder and quickly got me rekeyed. That made me feel very safe and two different staff members followed the same procedure. Thank you for ensuring my safety.

My check in process was very good with Vanessa. As I got into my room, it was very nice. The bed was comfortable. But upon my getting ready to use the shower and bathroom a couple of hours after my check in, I noticed the toilet inside was not clean well and there is a long hair when I pulled the sheet back so that I can lay down. Also, when I got in the shower, there was hair on the wall with the shower wall showerhead. Seeing those things even though the room looked clean makes you very leery again. My check in process was great with Vanessa.I am requesting a full Or over half of a refund. I have had surgery not too long ago and again it was very leery to see those things , when I saw them, it was late for me to move because I had already unpacked stuff and me not being able to lift a lot. It would’ve been difficult for me to pack up at that time of the evening and move there, I requested a full Refund.

The property and the rooms and landscsping are nice,the room could have been a little cleaner my only complaiint is the floor,it was poorly cleaned the reason I say that is my new white socks were black in within 5 minutes of walking in the room.The other issue i had was the maid pounding on the door at 10.20 am till I came to the door asking if I'm staying another night or checking out and she was very abrupt with me,I asked for a 12pm checkout and she was very rude to me saying I'll give you till 11.30 am and then she proceeded to tell me she couldnt cause i have a dog and that's another 10 dollars shes demanding that i have to pay,acting like I snuck my dog in my room was across from the office and I walked her right in front of the office and she was very rude to me when I stated that I've stayed at every Motel in this state and just came from Amarillo Texas and I  stayed there a week and was told animal's are welcome at all Motel sixes,plus its never been an issue till now then she said we're Studio we can do what we want,huh but they sure take advantage of the franchise Motel 6 I suppose thats how they justify it and she said thats another 10 dollars keep in mind there is nothing stating that so she points at the piece of paper taped on the wall it mentions pets but nowhere on that sign does it say there's a pet 10 dollar pet fee so then she points to another piece of paper on the other wall in fine print saying it says its there,and at no time was i asked or told that

Lots of noisy people this stay! Saturday night July 27th people were at the pool from 9am till 12am blaring the music loudly and kids running every where and when I asked if it could settle down after 12 hours of it I was told no. Not til 11pm. But the pool closes at 930? We work and we're up two days bc of the all day party. But that didn't matter. Most staff are extremely nice and helpful but there are a select few who glare and have an attitude problem. Hope we're gone soon. We pay to much money to deal with this!

Things change....

Dog poop everywhere. Suspicious characters every time we go out. Garbage EVERYWHERE!!!!! Staff is extremely  unhelpful, uninformed  and not trained sufficiently.

Doir to laundry room stuck. Laundry machine took my $$. Several times. Dirty outside and in nothing worked in rooms. No electricity in half the room.

It was a good hotel for a short family trip.  The plumbing for toilet sucked though. The pressure was off.
