Flamingo Suites

We stayed for 4 to 5 days. Both ladies was very kind and nice to me and my mother we wanted a extended stay room but was not able to get one cause they was already sold out 😭we are homeless and wished we could stay the price was just fight and it's very hard to find a place .So that you ladies for your hard work and kindness u showed us. Wish we could stay.

My wife and i came here because our roommate kicked us out and we didn't want to live on the street. The people in the office are very nice and friendly. They work with you and make sure you're taken care of. The room was nice, kinda old appliances and not like a 5 star but if your down on your luck and need somewhere go here. It's home for us until we save enough for an apartment. I'm happy we are here and have somewhere to live during this virus outbreak. Thank you flamingo suites for doing this for us in this stressful place in time. I do recommend this place. We actually were recommended by a friend with 3 kids who stayed here a week months before. 

Nice room for 5 people (i adult, 4 kids). Quiet, great sleep. Decent Continental breakfast, nice pool.  Great views. Stayed for two nights.  Close to local attractions and shops.  Plenty of parking, weel lit.

I stayed at the Flamingo Suites from June-August 2014.........the room was clean, the staff Marcus, David, and the girls, were professional and very nice, the furniture a little worn, for the price no problem furniture a little worn. There was no bug situation that i encountered the way these other reviews said. the last month of my stay the room next to me had 2 cats- they did not tell management cause of 100.00 pet deposit. when they left there cats must of had fleas- my dog and I began having some pest problems. I told management , they called in a pest control professional, and I noticed they were starting the process of re-doing all the rooms. I had to leave suddenly to help my daughter - who lives in Florida. They even held the items i left behind.

Funfor the Family

This is the first 1 star review that we have posted. Booked a king room online using the hotels website. Called ahead to insure we would be on an upper floor. When we arrived, were told that there were no king rooms available and we would be in a twin double. Not what we booked, but okay. The room had no refrigerator (listed on amenities) and no chair for the table. Called the office and changed rooms. Still no fridge. Called the office and were told that they only had a couple of refrigerators for the whole complex. TV wouldn't work and were told that someone would be in at 11pm to fix. Then we noticed the bugs. Also the carpet was filthy and the overall condition was not up to other Quality Inns that we have stayed. Called the front desk and left for a different hotel.

If you like bugs

We paid in advance based on the photos on bookings.com. The rooom was a dump. Stinkey carpet with 100 cigarett burns. The beds had the thinest, cheapest looking spreads. There was a rusty hot water heater in the closet. It smelled in the room so no wonder the windows were open when  we entered. The desk guy would not refund the money so we purchased beach towels to sleep on, shower flip flops to wear in the dirty shower, and bleach to clean everything before we touched it from Walmart to sanitize our "suite."  The fridge was an ice encrusted freezer and a dirty rest of the ice box.  It was the worst night in a lodging establishment we ever experienced. Simply the worst.

Do not stay here!

The place looked ok and the price was reasonable for being a studio with a kitchenette. First off, from the moment we walked in thats when everything went downhill. The smell of the room was so misty almost like mold. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen and the ac was broken. I was so tired and wanted to sleep. I ended up sleeping in the car cause I didn want to be moved. I'm sure if there are cockroaches in one room there maybe more in others. I normally dont complain about things but this was ridiculous. We ended up telling management everything about the room and he didn seem to care. He  told us that hes had customers stay in that room for the past 7 months without any complaints. He was very rude. I myself work in the motel industry and the way he was treating us was absolutely unfit and unprofessional!!
