Older building but clean. Nice sheets and towels. Maintained fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Coffee and some breakfast bars were included. Livian was very sweet and helpful.

First of all, you have to understand that this is an older hotel. It was perfect for our needs, though. The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a setup for coffee and even some granola bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the price. Would stay here again.

Don't judge by the outside. It was comfortable, clean and would stay there again. We like places that are hidden gems and this is one of them. Nothing fancy but quiet and wirked for us.

2 blocks from Hot Springs State Park!Staff watched our 2 dogs for four hours while we went to the dinosaur museum.I like this style of motel with the room doors outside 👍

My husband stayed while attending a conference....said it was comfortable and affordable.

The owners were so kind and friendly. The room was definitely older and could use some TLC, but it was large, clean, had everything we needed and the beds were surprisingly super comfortable. It was also right next to the High School for our event and within a brief walk of the springs. The only thing I missed was I thought there was a breakfast, there wasn’t, but I’m not even sure where I saw that listed, the grocery store and local bakery had just what we wanted so it was all good.

I just needed an affordable place to stay for the night with my 2 dogs as I was passing through. Kyle was very welcoming and accommodating when I rolled in. The room was clean and comfortable but could use some updating. I wasn’t sure where to “relieve” my dogs so I used a yard by the side of the building. It seemed others did too but didn’t pick up after their pups. A sign to encourage people to do so would be nice as it is unhealthy for both dogs and humans to have waste lying around. All-in-all it was a nice stay.

This property is unique, as was described in an email prior to our arrival. The room was clean and serviceable and provided the comfort that we expected. Our grandson loved that there was a Taco John’s right across the parking lot from us. We watched the city’s 4th of July fireworks from the parking lot.

At first glance we weren’t sure how this was going to work out, but SO glad we stayed here!  It is an older facility, but a work in progress on updating. Very clean and cozy room. A nice warm heater and hot shower. Feels homey like staying with family. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

TV, bed, air conditioning was good. Bathroom fixtures were clean but very disappointed about the rest of condition in room.  Needed a good deep cleaning, including carpet cleaning, dusting, fixing holes in ceiling and wall,  and bathroom needed a desperate paint job. Things that could easily been fixed with little cost.

Needs maintenance

The room was a bit small, but it was clean, the beds were comfy, the ac worked well, as did the fridge.  Parking was a breeze.  The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful, he told us about a festival and a few things to check out while we were in town that we didn't know about.  Taco John's is right there in the parking lot, or a quick walk across the road there is an amazing ice cream shop where you can get a burger and a sundae, or a pizza place that was packed when we arrived but worth the wait.

When we arrived at 3:30 pm we had to call the person to come check us in ad he wasn't  at the motel. It took him about 15 minutes to show up. He was, however, very nice. The room itself seemed to be under slow renovation. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the walls and paint were chipping. The bed area was nice and clean, but the beds could use an upgrade. The motel is right by Hot Springs State Park which was nice, and it was relatively quiet at night.

For the price, 10/10! Clean & cozy. I’m a travel nurse, and for what I need it for, to sleep between night shifts, it’s great!
