I loved the service of alister square Expedia on the other hand totally not good HORRIBLE SERVICE

We have stayed here many times over the years and works great for us. Clean, friendly, centrally located and dog-friendly, all we need. We appreciate the full kitchen rooms. Great stay at an even better price in the off-season.

This is the second time we have chosen to stay at this motel, and our experience has been positive once again. The gentleman at the front desk is exceptionally approachable and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I appreciated that when I inquired about the possibility of checking in a bit earlier than the standard time, he was accommodating and granted my request without any hesitation.While I wouldn’t describe this motel as perfect—it certainly has its quirks—it is a great option for those looking for a budget-friendly place to stay. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, which is a huge plus. Overall, given its affordability and the level of service we received, I definitely recommend it for anyone seeking a reliable and economical lodging option.

Overnight stay-perfect spot

Needed a quick place to stay on our trip. Decided on this budget friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised! This is a wonderful little gem. Staff were friendly. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean with a nice size fridge and microwave. AC worked great. The beds were a little too firm for my liking and blankets were thin. I always bring extra blankets.

Wonderful Budget Friendly Hotel

My family and I have been going to this place through the last five years. This month when we went there, I couldn’t believe how dirty the rooms were. The bathroom walls were not wipe down. There was dirt in the corners. The floor had not been swept mopped. The towels were so small. We had to use our beach towels to dry off. The breakfast we went early like 30 minutes after they opened their stock was not even full people what happened to wait in line or they had to leave because it was hardly any breakfast. And the breakfast was Texas shape pancake, which they had to make the pancake batter.  Every table was dirty. I had to clean the table just to sit down. Upon arrival it smelt like a skunk, but it wasn’t the skunk smell, and that was coming out of the faculty laundry room. And was sad is my best friend and I spend every year down there on our birthdays at this place. Now we’ll have to look for another place and I clean rooms for a living. In this one wouldn’t even get a half a star. And they have not clean the AC units. It was very dirty beyond disgusting.

Office manager is phenomenal!  She just makes it happen.The maintenance guy David is very accommodating and helpful.Bottom line you can't beat the location and amenities for the price.I've stayed in high end places and paid for it.At the end of the day this property offers the necessities needed at an affordable price.I will return. I definitely liked this hotel and will definitely consider staying again.  The rooms are a great size and I love that it had a mini fridge and a microwave.  It had a nice selection for their continental breakfast.  Minor complaint about the staff…. We left our room for the day at 11:30 and as we were heading out, I stopped by the check in desk and requested room service.  The gentleman said the staff was at lunch and said he’d see what he can do.  When we returned at 7:30 that evening they definitely didn’t come as requested.  My son had vomited earlier and we had no clean towels left.  We had to go back down there and get towels.  It was a little frustrating since we left at 11:30 and there was plenty of time for the staff to service our room.  There shouldn’t have been any question about getting room service at that time of day.  But, this won’t prevent me from staying there again.  We liked everything else about the hotel, especially its location on the island bc it was close to everything.

Rooms are adequate.  Most staff were super friendly and accommodating.  We ran into one growler, but just change our plans to avoid.  Hot tub nice. Pool very nice.  Location great.
