Everything was good but i didnt like the breakfast part there is only waffles, and toasted bread i will say if there is more added in breakfast that will be great

It was okay! Overall, a good experience. felt safe, the room was clean and nice for the most part except for a silverfish or two we found in the bed. Check in and check out was a breeze, the guy who checked us in was very nice. Shower was a bit dirty but nothing awful. I like the layout of the hotel, the pool is BEAUTIFUL with the cutest fake outdoor area inside as well.

This is our favorite place to stay when we come through Elgin. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the continental breakfast was fully stocked and delicious. Gotta love those Texas Waffles ☺️Will be back next time.

The front desk staff was very polite and very friendly! Definitely recommend if you are staying in Elgin for a night!!

This was a great place to stay for our short trip to the area. It was slightly confusing on how to get into the property from the highway but that is mostly a TXDot issue not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is kept very clean and although the pool was closed because it’s winter you can tell it’s well kept and the area looks like a fun place to hang out. Would like to stay here in the warmer months if I needed to stay in the area. Will be using this Quality Inn in the future for sure.

Stayed twice this month.  Excellent both times.  Friendly and helpful staff.  Room clean and bed comfortable.  Definitely would stay again!

The surrounding area wasn’t the best, but it worked for our stay.

The AC is at the back of the room in the bathroom area so it's cold there and warmer in the bedroom part. The mini fridge isn't that cold.

I have photos of the LARGE MOLD in the ceiling of the shower. 😭😫

Devon, at the front desk, was polite and helpful. Property is older and owners have tried to keep lobby clean. The carpet is our room smells old and musty. It gets better after the AC is turned on. The sheets are fine and the toilet is new. The shower is a standing unit with moldy grout.  The air conditioner cooled well but was very noisy. The lobby restroom is out of order as is the ice machine for the rooms. While the continental breakfast was described as being generous, the milk dispenser and ice dispenser for the food area were also out of order.  We didn’t eat there.   The pricing for this room was budget and a good price for clean sheets but the deferred maintenance became a bigger focus than the more positive parts.  We’re okay with “old” but not okay with broken. I would suggest you remove the broken items if you’re not going to repair them. Wish I could rate this property higher.

Great Staff but Property Needs Maintenance.

Great spot hotel was newer. Rooms were small, but they had Internet TV, which was great. Was able to use Netflix and YouTube. Refrigerator in room but no microwave but they had one you could use in the hotel lobby. The gym was nice. Had kettle ball dumbbells, peloton weight bench everything you needed

The check in process was easy but confusing due to fees and spelling errors in their agreement. The lobby was clean but warm. The hotel was neat and clean in the courtyard but the room was a bit of a miss. The room was comfortable but upon entering the a/c was unplugged, there was a sticky substance on the side of the desk, there were items left on the fridge. The location of the hotel was great for our visit and central to most of the restaurants and shopping available.

Overall the stay was good for the price. The one of two doors to enter the property that should have been only opened by a room key was “out of order” and usually just propped open by a rock, so a little unsafe and made it more like a motel. We had 4 pillows for our king size bed, and I was 36 weeks pregnant and asked for a few more and was told absolutely not… so thank god my father had an extra bed with pillows I could borrow for our stay, otherwise I would have been absolutely miserable. Just shocking they wouldn’t be accommodating and give us a few pillows. We didn’t need anything else, but if we did, I feel like they would have said no? Otherwise it was clean enough and we weren’t disturbed by other guests, so noise wasn’t an issue. My father tried the breakfast buffet and said don’t bother waking up for it.

This time everything worked in the room. Had house keeping without having to ask for it. Pillows are still small so bring extras with you. You do have 4 small pillows on a king bed. Stayed here to weekends in a row with no real problems. If you plan on eating the continental breakfast get there early after about 0800 there is not much remaining.

Good place to stay.

It was really no excuse I liked it and so did my family. I rented 3 rooms, just to sleep, didn’t enjoy the breakfast bc we woke up late. And the pool looked nice but again didn’t have time to actually enjoy the stay. We did like it to sleep there for few hours maybe like 6 hours and we had to take off before 11am. But the place looked really nice and secure
