Friendliest atmosphere and the service was great

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s close to Galveston, budget friendly and good stuff.

Everyone that worked here that we met were very nice, professional, and helpful. The rooms were clean and the linen crisp. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.

Ok look, the hotel rooms were clean functional and we have no complaints about the rooms, the price or the staff. The are around the hotel is definitely a working class neighborhood with some individuals struggling through life and doing their best to survive. The hotel had a nice little grill we used to have a family picnic and a grassy area that our kids through the football in. It was better than expected and for the cost it was worth it. It’s perfect for sleeping and showering.

Lost power for 3 days, so this place allowed me to work. The wifi is better than I have at home, and I was VERY impressed by the size of the fridge in the room. I was able to store quite a lot of the food from home, so it wouldn't spoil.  The only thing I didn't like was how dirty the floor was.  They don't have carpet, and they clearly never mop the floor.  At least they had a special rate, since there is no way the place is worth $75 a night.  $54 was much more reasonable for a no-frills motel.

I was a little apprehensive about my stay after reading some of the reviews but those reviews seem bogus after my stay. My bed was very comfortable but I believe it was a new mattress because next door next to a container were 40-50 used mattresses being discarded. I felt quiet safe because of all the security cameras which I saw were operational during check-in which was very smooth and efficient. The TV reception was great even with Showtime, wifi was fast where I could stream with no issues,plenty of hot water in the shower, very quiet because it is offset off the street. I had a great stay and believe it is an absolutely amazing value.

Soo Much Better than Expected

My husband and I came here a few times and I just never took the times to write a review. But this is a great place to come to with your family. The price is very affordable. We just move to Texas city and we are searching for an apt. We been here for 3wks now and the staff have been nothing but nice to us. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay or get away. Its nice and quiet. No one bothers you and there is even a clinic and store near by. This is by far one of the greatest hotels I have ever been to beside the Marriott.
