This place really is full of roaches big cockroaches don't waste your time or your money roaches everywhere all in the bathroom it's very disgusting to see so many roaches little roaches big roaches and cockroaches

I was there for two weeks. I did not have working appliances. First, I was in a room, tub did not work. I couldn't bathe. Therefore I changed rooms. Then I was in a room the T.V, did not work. I was very upset. I complained to the manager. He accused me of breaking the T.V. He said, " Every room I put you in you have a complaint" I was shock by this. Then he put up his middle finger and said, " There is over fifty more hotels in the area, go there" I was so hurt the owner will allow such horrible man to manage his hotel. I cried, I never been treated so bad......The overnight staff was awesome.

I stayed here September of last year non- smoking room I think room 220 or whatever room is at the far right of the building facing the back of the hotel you can see the storage facility through thte balcony window it rained and the roof was leaking onto the dresser close to the television had to use a bucket to catch water horrible experience will probably not stay here again other times that i have stayed Ive never had that problem.

It's been my experience that sometimes bad reviews are unfounded and written by people who expect a Hyatt experience for a budget price. That is most certainly not the case here.  Not only was my room infested with ROACHES but the bed seemed suspect enough (read "bedbugs") that I slept in my cloths on top of the sheets. Then, in the morning as I was loading my car, I got propositioned by a prostitute (which could be considered a plus if that's your thing).

Seriously, consider spending a couple bucks more and get a good nights rest someplace else.

Concure With Other Reviews

A party of 5 to stay for 2 nights in 2 rooms prior to a cruise.  We had another hotel reservations but they fell through and found this hotel after midnight after numerous calls to find a vacancy.  So, we were desperate.  And I paid the price.  The whole place was dirty, rundown with peeling paint, loose carpet that was thread bare, hardly any water pressure for a shower, shampoo for one but 3 were in the room.  Only the bed was comfortable, but the price I paid was over 50 bug bites to my ears, neck, back...and I could go on.  I developed blisters on my ears where I had at least 5 bites on each.  I had to take antibiotics to clear it up.  I had to park in an alley the second night due to no room in their lot.  The manager said if one came open he would let me know.  This was at 11PM!!!  Looking at some of the other reviews, this is NOT worth any Rewards, closeness to Busch, or anything.  The microwave worked only half the time.  Lamps were broke.  And for all this, the price was way too high. And they did not give maid service on the second day, just changed out the towels. Run, Run, Run.

Run for your healths sake

The hotel was in a bad neighborhood.  The room wasnt clean, there was hair in the tub.  
the phone didnt't  work. It wasnt a pleasant experience.  the continental breakfast was a joke.  There wasn't even any cereal.  I expected more from Howard Johnson.
