191 reviewsGarden City Beach is not the Grand Strand hub for nightlife and bars. It's more family oriented and quiet. If what you want is the night life, it's within a 15 minute drive to downtown Myrtle Beach.The building is located on the oceanfront with 3 elevators, adequate parking (although slightly difficult to maneuver), and close to restaurants without the crowds. We stayed the week following July 4th, 2019 and there was never an issue getting a spot on the wide beach or pool. The chairs at the pool were comfortable and the pool appeared to be well maintained. Unit 1102 was immaculate, remodeled and very comfortable. The view was amazing and we ate most of our meals on the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked and appliances new. It rained one afternoon and there were games and movies to pass the time. The bed wasn't too soft or too hard, and decorated beautifully. The queen sleep sofa was perfect for our 2 children. Laundry in the unit was wonderful after a day at the beach. We have rented another unit from Sea Breeze and found them to be quite easy to work with. This unit was managed by an individual and she too was quite helpful. Pros: New and decorated well,oceanfront location, pool and beach wonderful, and close to restaurants and entertainment. Cons: Parking garage is an issue and smoking on decks was annoying.
