Staff is always nice and getting a room a little before check in is available. The rooms are nice.

Our suite was large, clean and comfortable.  Breakfast was very good; hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a nice motel.  I stayed there for 11 days

The desk clerk was helpful & friendly great recommendation on where to eat Christmas Eve dinner, worried that we would end up at The Waffle House! Good breakfast, nice variety of food offerings!

Easy on/off 95on the road toFL. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast. But some soap would have been nice at the sink.

We were driving back to Florida after a road trip to upstate New York. We had been driving for hours and with all the evacuations from Florida there wasn’t a lot of availability. This was right off I95 the room was spacious and comfortable. We got the last room available so we had a handicapped accessible bit that was fine. Had a full kitchen we didn’t use but it would be great for a family. Free breakfast was good also. I wish they had more carts for luggage as it was extremely busy and we had to wait but other than that it was wonderful. Didn’t use the amenities as we were just stopping but they looked nice. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel of course it was a newer hotel . I have worked for marriot for 27 years and the first impression is the front desk . The lady checking us in was not pleasant she seemed snappy and a frown no smile!! Just acted like she doesn’t like customer service so she shouldn’t be working at front desk .. anyway room was nice tv was large with comfy bed . The mirror in bathroom was very dim which usually those types are super bright maybe the light bulbs need to be upgraded? Breakfast was average had better but overall a nice hotel !!

The hotel itself was great- room was clean and it was quiet so I was able to sleep well.  Person at reception was not able to point me to restaurants nearby that had vegetarian options and I had to ask them about wifi.  There were in fact many vegetarian options- which I found using my iphone. Other than that, it was great.

Some of the staff were very customer friendly; others not so much. Very awkward at times with some of the staff during checkin, not very enthusiastic or eager to interact with customers upon check in. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was nice and spacious; comfortable beds and great to see full kitchen even though it was not needed for our family! Hotel is somewhat difficult to get in and out as location is tucked up in a private drive.

An overnight stay on our travels home. Found this place to be a 10. The customer service from both Terry at check in to Tina who takes care of the second floor we’re exceptional. Room was comfortable and the bed was probably the best we had on our travels. The only suggestion is to change those black scrubs to a holy and bright color!

Young man at desk was very polite and knowledgeable.With no control of Residence Inn the surrounding property driving to Residence is in a very run down condition. Looks as if another hotel has been torn down with property unattended.   However there is new construction on the other side and will be more inviting when completed.  I say all this to say, don't let the drive back to Residence Inn discourage you from booking a room with them.   Their property, staff, rooms and amenities are great.

I'm from Brunswick, GA. I love this Residence Inn. It's clean, spacious, and has great amenities. The staff is super-pleasant. The lobby is nicely decorated and perfectly spread out for breakfast and lounging. Speaking of breakfast, the options are wonderful, but you have to get up for them. You don't want to miss the sausage biscuits if they have them.  This location is the only place I'm booking for stays when I visit home.

My children and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay - the friendly and quick service, the amazing cleanliness, the amenities were perfect and make my children happy as did strong wifi and children’s choices on the television. The breakfast was excellent - fresh, tasty and a nice variety pleasing to all ages and diets.  Thank you.

Completely Excellent

Everything was nice and comfortable.  Staff were friendly.  Rooms were very spacious.  The only thing I found out today is that there was an unexpected $20 charge to my credit card as well as several fraudelent charges after that.  Had to cancel my credit card.  Not sure whether it's the hotel's fault or not but it is strange that it happened right after my stay.  I also saw a previous review that someone had made regarding fraudlent charges.

Nice hotel but check your credit card..

We had arrived late and the staff put us in our room and it was not the suite we had asked for. Next morning I spoke with the general manager and she went to work putting us in the right room. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right during our stay. This was our second time staying at this property and we will be using it again.
