Very comfortable and well cared for. Spiral staircase to large upstairs bedroom. Wood floors shining. Property is on a dirt road which is a bit rough but also, no traffic past the lodge and a good place for a walk.Though we brought our own food, there was a lovely plate of apple cake,cookies and loaf of homemade bread waiting for on arrival that we enjoyed. A nice touch.Only negative was limited silverware and a sauce pan would be nice.Overall, an enjoyable stay.No tv or internet but I used hotspot from iPhone to use iPad. No problems.
