The town inn is very clean and kid friendly. No bugs and they service the room every day, the staff are friendly and kind. This my second week stay and I love it. Convenience of a 24 hr gas station and minutes away from shopping center

Excellent service

We stayed here two nights and that was enough. On check in the gentleman on reception had to do hand gestures waving me away towards the rooms, he could not answer when i asked him what time breakfast was. No words were spoken and i had a hard time making him understand that we had a booking.
Room was large and clean and bed comfortable, even though we had to keep our curtains drawn at all times as the washing machines were right outside our windows.
There was no hairdryer and this had obviously been taken off the wall and never replaced. The TV was not flat screen but a really old fashioned one and recepition and picture was not good. Wifi was ok.
Breakfast was just a pot of coffee and a tray of wrapped pastries in the tiny tiny check in booth and you had to take these back to your room.
All in all this place just made m feel uncomfortable.

Run down and staff that dont speak English

This motel is horrific. Upon check in we were "greeted" by a man who im assuming owns this "motel" with his wife. He was beyond rude, not even slightly accomodating. Us checking in seemed to be a huge inconvenience for him. Once we got upstairs to our room we were shocked at how dingy, smelly, old, run down, dark, gross it was. The air conditioner smelt like urine and the tv was definitely from the 1980's. there was a suspicious brown smear on the inside of the fridge and the security bolt on the door was broken from when we can only assume, someone had tried to get in the door. The "complimentary" breakfast was pre packaged belvita biscuits/cinnamon scrolls and other weird packaged foods. We felt incredibly unsafe and would 100% NOT recommend anyone staying here. 

As two females traveling the states and staying in budget motels along the way, this motel has by FAR been the worst of our experiences.

Absolutely awful

Not a good place to have a room at the Inn town /sun suite westchase.On the day that we went to look at the room it was dirty looking ppl was hanging out the housekeeper was cleaning the one we was gonna have so we seen it mattress was old and ragly TV had a cracked in it smelled like cigarette smoke but that was supposed to be a non smoking unit the reviews said that place had bed bugs.We was not feeling it at all an especially when my 9month old n the rest of our kids is with us.I will give no stars at all yuck don't go don't bring your kids not even your dog.I seen didn't even stay went found us another place to go.
