Home2 Suites by Hilton Conway

Stayed one night for business and was able to use the lobby area for business. Staff was accommodating, friendly and the spaces were clean. Very comfortable bedding and room as well.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and had several hot options. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Close to shopping and eatery’s.

Staff was excellent and very friendly. We’ll stay there again in the future.

The very best element of this stay was the super friendly folks running the establishment. From Clarence behind the desk at check-in to the sweet lady the next morning who, even though we were 20 minutes late getting to breakfast, saw to it that we had access to the breads, coffee, and then provided us each with a breakfast "kit" full of goodies to take back to the room. To be clear, they were not just NICE but they were COMPETENT! Highly recommend!

People make the difference!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.Great clean rooms and property was spotless!Lots of fun Halloween decorations were a nice surprise.Breakfast was great and the only inconvenience of the stay was that the digital key system through the Hilton app was not working throughout the hotel.Thanks for a great stay!

The property itself was nice with comfortable accommodations. The staff were polite and helpful. My only critiques are as follows. 1. Coffee in room had not been restocked and only had 1 pouch of decaf available 2. Interior stairwell door handle to the 3rd floor would not release easily and required manipulation to open from stairs to the floor3. The bottle for conditioning rinse in the shower was empty

Our family of 5, were traveling to Oklahoma from Georgia and Conway, AR Home2Suites was a really good stopping to rest point for our trip. The location is ideal since it is easy to find, right off the highway. Check-in was easy and swift. The staff were cordial and friendly. The hotel is a little dated but it was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location, with several restaurants to choose from. The room was a decent size and fairly roomy, with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. We brought food back to our room and there was a nice long dining table that slides out from under the cabinet area, which was wonderful for dining in room. There was a tall skinny fridge and plates and utensils for dining also. The beds were pretty comfortable. In the morning, we had the hotel free breakfast , that had a good selection of premade breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cereal, coffee and juices. Overall, our stay was lovely. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Conway, Arkansas.

A nice stay in Conway, Arkansas

We stayed overnight here April 7 to 8 in order to experience the total solar eclipse in Conway Arkansas.  The reception was friendly, got a nice room (typical of Home2Suites). Clean and comfortable.  Breakfast really good with a lot of choices including fresh fruit.
We set up chairs and watched totality in the parking lot.  Awesome experience.

Friendly staff, nice place

I already paid for my room through a third party and the front desk rep charged me again . I had to show her my receipt and it took awhile to straighten everything out before I could get my room keys. I didn’t like the front entrance . There was not enough room to park toward the front and we had to park on the side lot that was shared with Hilton Garden Inn. There was not enough parking lot light to feel safe. The lobby area was small but adequate . There was always coffee available 24/7 which was good. Breakfast was okay , the premade sandwiches were too dry. The lobby area was very loud on the night that we stayed there . Apparently , some of the guests were having some kind of drinking and eating party. It was too loud for 10:30pm. The front desk apparently was okay with that . I wanted to do some things on the computer but I couldn’t even concentrate . Also , people were still using the pool and being loud at 10:30 at night. People who come to a hotel to relax and not have to deal with loud noises and a “party”. I have stayed at better Home 2 Hilton hotels in the past. Hotel area had lots of restaurants and stores close by which was very convenient. My room was smaller than expected .

Simple hotel with below average parking area

We chose this hotel for its pool and kitchen. We were in Conway for a wedding and live in another state, so we had no prior knowledge of the area.  The location was excellent--we could walk to a number of stores including a large shopping center including HomeGoods.  We were sadly disappointed in the pool.  It was honestly colder than our fridge.  We didn't make it in past our knees.  If you're into ice baths, this is the place for you! The breakfast was amazing.  I have a gluten allergy and had several food options.  It was an incredible addition to our stay.

Breakfast is incredible!  Pool is from Siberia.

Pros-
Rooms were spacious and they got us connecting rooms which worked great for us. 
Front desk staff were really nice
Breakfast was good 
Location is good
Having dishes and such was so handy! 
Nice fridge and freezer
Two elevators 
Dog friendly (though some coat/dog leash hooks by the door would be nice)

Cons-
Our dogs found a large piece of dried donut in a corner by a bed- so cleaning wasn’t great
Breakfast on weekdays is only 7-9
The pool was not heated, even after the pool guys came, 10 hours later it was still too cold to use. 
The sheets are the thinnest I’ve ever seen and really seem more like roadside motel quality than Hilton. 
The hotel is showing its age. Worn decor, bubbled wallpaper, general wear and tear. 
Our handicap accessible room door required excessive force to open and the bathroom door had to be fully closed and latched or it would swing itself open all the way, blocking the main door. 
None of the outside doors required a key card to open which seemed a bit unsecure

More good than bad but low end of Hilton brand

Decent hotel for an overnight stay. Breakfast was not great - so many other chains offer better food choices. Nothing like hard, folded over egg looking "omlettes" that are obviously a food service special. Not mean to be real or even taste like an egg. The rooms were nice- like most Home2 hotels- but there was a lot of red mold around the shower bottom- along the caulking . Had 3 pillows for a King room- strange. Someone else was in the lobby asking for two pillows for his room - coincidence? Overall- they are lacking on the fine details but overall, great location and clean beds.

Fine except for the details that make a great stay

Our first experience with this brand of hotel.  The extra space was fantastic!  Loved all of the built-in storage and the extra sink and the ability to cook and refrigerate leftovers in the room.  This hotel was fairly new and looked it.  The bathroom lighting was the best!  The soundproofing was NOT GOOD. We could hear the people above us for a long time after we went to bed.  We appreciated the breakfast that was included with the room charge.  When we visit relatives, we will consider staying here again.
