It was great.  It was clean, Smell great and everything was cared for well.

Excellent family hotel.  Clean and convenient to everything.

I was a bit skeptical before my stay, I looked at the reviews and they were high so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed, this place was clean and well kept. The owners/manager lived on site and I felt like the accommodations were actually better than many mainstream hotels. Sure not breakfast but I didn't pay for that either. I was very pleased with this location and would stay there again!

Hands-down, cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in better than all the big names!

Very nice staff and clean room. I would recommend this place to anyone going to sneads ferry.

Small motel, big room with frig, desk etc. Tv had limited channels. I had a room in the back so no traffic noise

This is the 3rd time I stay at this property because my son is at the Marines and it has been a pleasure staying here. The service and the rooms are excellent. Thank you!

Great property, clean, bright, well kept

Wonderfully huge room with comfortable King bed and great kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee pods and bottled water in room. Incredibly spacious room. Gracious hostess. Close to restaurants and an outdoor brewery across the street. The beach is a five minute drive. I love this place. We would definitely stay here again

Huge Clean Comfortable Room

This property was an amazing find!! Had to return to Sneads Ferry for a memorial service and needed a place to stay for a few nights. We normally stay at the Hampton buy nightly rates were crazy. Found Topsail Shores Inn and will forever stay there when in town. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted so kindly and very accommodating. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, beds were very comfortable, the grounds were beautifully kept, the housekeeping staff were all very kind and treated us like long time friends….and the price was very reasonable. We are already trying to figure out a time to go back. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

We stay for 3 days the area is nice and location for us was amazing since we were there visiting family. It was five minutes from them. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and very well kept. You can tell the owner who live onsite take great pride in their proerty. Flowers everywhere and the pool spakling clean. Still to early for us to swim but there and ready weather permitting. The rooms where very clean and stocked with water and snacks yes snacks! I travel often and unless you are stay at a 5 star this never happens. The bed was just ok but im spoiled and partial to my adjustible at home. The one negative mostly my husband was the TV placement way to high lol and they hide the smart remote in the cabinet above sink. (Oh did I mention the kichenette!) Back to the remote after we found that we could watch any streaming site. Its a great feature idk why they hide it But overall a really pleasantly surprising Little Gem of a place in my opinion.

Pleasantly surprised

We were very pleased with the overall comfort of the room. The decor was pleasant. The convenance to and from our destinations was outstanding. Only complaint was that our key card was in an envelope with our last name on it outside of the office. We felt that anyone could have retrieved one of the keys, gone in our room and waited in the restroom to do whatever. Kind of scared. Also no one was at the desk to see us off when checking out. Not very customer oriented. But overall enjoyed our stay and will most definitely stay again.

Pleasant

Staff was friendly and helpful.  The tv wasn't working great.  I called the front office and they came right in to fix it.  The fix sadly didn't last though.  The air wasn't working the best either, but it was manageable.  Very nice place.  Clean.  Great setup, with a lot there.  Did a good job of accommodating my request of where I wanted my room to be.

We had a very nice stay!  My husband and I attended a beautiful beach wedding only 6 miles from the hotel which made it very convenient!  I would like to give kudos to Nell and Juanita!  Nell was very gracious to help us since we were going to be arriving the night before past 10:00 since we were driving from Florida!  And Juanita helped us when Nell was busy with other people!  Since I booked 2 nights but not at the same time, Nell made it possible to keep the same room!  That was such a convenience for us!  Thank you for a very nice stay!

We spend a lot of time at Topsail every summer but had never stayed at this property before. We were very pleased with our stay and will be going back as often as possible. It’s hard to find a clean, charming place with friendly staff anymore. This place has both, which makes it unique! We will be back! We loved the space, comfortable beds and all the amenities. Thank you for a great vacation, Topsail Shores Inn. You’re 10 out of 10!

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family.  Topsail Shores is a nicely kept property that is well taken care of.  It's not as modern as some would like, but please do not let that prevent a stay here.  All facilities are well kept, liniens are clean and first class.  Our stay was in the middle of some low temps (low 30's overnight and low 60's daytime), but heat kept room very comfortable.  Rooms nicely stocked with complimentary bottled water, snacks, coffeemaker (with necessities), microwave, refrigerator, some dishware (bowls & mugs), but no silverware.  Ask for a room at the back if possible, some may find rooms facing the street noisy, but ours facing the street was not that bothersome in our opinion.  I would stay here again and would highly recommend to all would stay.

Stay at the shore...

I was very pleasantly surprised when we checked in! Often beach motel's are old, dirty and falling apart.  Topsail Shores was the total opposite, the staff was great, the rooms were very nice and clean, the bathrooms were clean and every room had a microwave, sink and small fridge. Also in the lobby they had coffee, water and some snacks.  Will definitely be going again!!!
