This is a lovely older B n B in a beautiful area. We enjoyed our stay here; however by using the codes at front door and room , it felt rather cold not having contact with anyone the entire time we were here. On a positive not; the room was huge, the bath was nice, the quiet, peaceful view out back was nice and the grab and go breakfast was adequate.

Beautiful building, very well maintained.  Our room was very clean, modern bathroom with spacious shower.. cold cereal and muffin breakfast convenient with milk , 1/2 and 1/2 and yogurt in small fridge at top of main staircase. Short drive to boutiques and restaurants.  We loved driving through Skidmore and surrounding neighborhoods. Beautiful homes and landscaping!

Exceptionally clean, and beautiful room and grounds

It was very up to date for an old house except the very creaky floors. Electrical could also use some updating. But it was a beautifully remodeled old house. Loved the decor. I would have given a 5 star but for those things.

I loved the contact-less set up. It was quiet, and convenient to downtown Saratoga. The amenities were perfect for us.

What a lovely stay we had at the inn! It was comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located to the college and town. We look forward to returning!

Such a wonderful brief overnight stay.  Very quaint yet modern.   The room smelled so fresh and had great  wooden floorsBathroom was spotless and had bougie Beekman toiletries and fresh towels.  Small to go breakfast provided which was convenient.  Highly recommend.

We truly loved our stay!!! The Inn was beautiful and I could have spent half a day just walking around the Inn and the property taking pics!!! Highly recommend!!!

Nice but no contact felt a bit cold

Our room was spacious and nicely appointed. Loved our accommodations!  Hotel itself is beautiful.   What we did not like were the self serve breakfast options.  Only available coffee was a weak brew that you could make in your room.  So we had to drive for coffee each morning.  No available ice or water either.  Breakfast was either very good granola and milk or a commercial wrapped muffin.   Great price but we would have love a fresh pot of coffee.

A true gem in Saratoga.  We loved our stay and the beauty of the surrounding grounds and strolling for a nice walk up and down N. Broadway looking at the gorgeous homes.  Easy to find, great location to downtown, clean, beds and pillows were comfy.  Very nice bath and shower.  Only complaint for us was our noisy neighbor across the hall in Room 6 - they had no volume control!  Glad we are early risers, they started at 6am and didn't stop until they left at 10am.  Other than that it was wonderful!

What I loved: Efficient check-in, central and safe location, free and front-row parking, beautiful grounds, historic exterior and interior of the inn, and the clean rooms!What could be better: Snacks/beverages for breakfast could be more varied and the inability to book an additional night at the last-minute (due to no on-site staff during the weekends).  Who could blame them for taking Saturday and Sunday off, though?

Safe, Historic and Clean

There were two obstacles in our stay at Surrey Williamson Inn. We never received our room code from Hotels.com. Luckily I called around 5:00 pm and a lovely representative from Skidmore College and the Surrey-Williamson Inn gave it to me. The only housekeeping problem was a dirty towel and was left behind the door in the bathroom.  The place was lovely and the rooms were superior.

One night stay at Skidmore

A beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful city.  Walking around is a delight.  Room was charming and generally comfortable, not terribly modern.The contactless entry was nice.

I really loved the place. What i thought was a big hiccup was a really small tv !  Other than that the place was beautiful.

Beautiful property. We will return and highly recommend.  Had an issue with the TV but that was the only glitch.  Otherwise a totally enjoyable stay
