Santa Monica Hotel

My cousin and I stumbled upon this hotel by chance—and wow, what a find! The beachy vibes pulled us in right away, and it turned out to be even better than we hoped. Ty was a total rockstar with our reservation, super responsive and flexible—even with our late arrival. She and her manager were incredibly kind when we needed a little extra time at checkout, and they let us leave our rental car so we could squeeze in some last-minute exploring before our flight. Total lifesavers. The location? Chef’s kiss. So many great spots to eat and explore, all within walking distance. Then came the phone drama. I left mine behind (classic), but Ty was on it immediately, and Ryan took the lead on getting it back to me. Not only did he package and ship it out quickly, but he also kept me updated with tracking info and crystal-clear communication—within the hour. Talk about going above and beyond! From start to finish, every single person we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and just genuinely lovely. The hotel itself is full of charm, with thoughtful little touches in the rooms and a feel-good atmosphere. But it’s the people—Ty, Ryan, the management, housekeeping, and everyone behind the scenes—who really make this place shine. Y’all are the real MVPs and deserve all the flowers! 💐🌟
