Obviously, the place has been recently remodeled. The room we stayed in had nice new wood floors, beautifully tiled shower in the bathroom, new locking windows and wood blinds with an additional room with refrigerator, microwave, sink, desk,large mirror, and door to small outside balcony. Was very quiet at night. The owner was beyond nice and accommodating. I'm pretty picky.
