Staff cleaned the room, always restocked the fridge and made it a great experience overall

Clean and cheapper than the resto of the hotels around the área. It has all you need for a long or short stay

I would definitely recommend this hotel over the same company Hotel on the south side, this one is much better than the roach infested same company Hotel on the Southside.

Great hotel stay with my family.  Highly recommend it.  24 hour security.

It’s a really nice place and pretty close to a lot of restaurant and stores

Everything was good. Nice and clean. It smells clean as soon as you walk in. Very quiet. It felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Close to Lackland AFB. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. I do recommend the front desk answer the phone. While I was waiting on my uber, the phone rang several times and there were at least 3 people behind the desk and no one bothered to answer. That could explain why I never got the answers to my questions prior to arrival because they just simply ignore phone calls. But other than that everything went smooth.

Our stay was great! Very clean, modern and beautiful hotel. We felt comfortable and secure, only complaint was that the walls were very thin, especially the ceiling 😪 we stayed on the 3rd floor and we heard everybody’s footsteps on top. I had trouble falling asleep from that. Not sure if its like that for every floor but overall we enjoyed the room and stay.

Room was very affordable. There are no toiletries for customers You have to be there over a week to get housekeeping They only give you one set of towels and you have to take them to the front desk if you want swap out for more towelsTheres no ironing bord ypu have to get it from the front desk and must return it after you're done with it. My last day the bathroom sink stopped upand there was a roach in the kitchenette sink. The bed was surprisingly ok since it was on a futon like frame. My microwave kept going out for some reason. All in all staff was good and place was clean. If you just want a affordable place to just sleep its good.

It was perfect for visiting my daughter on base over the weekend! No frills but duper clean and great staff!Wish there was a pool as we had some down time to kill. Understand it is a ling term stay hotel but i live 6 ton8 months in long term stays and they aleays have a pool. Texas is hot! Would def stay again!

Perfect for Airforce grad stay!

We needed a place for one night after visiting Sea World. It’s not a 3 or 4 star type hotel because it’s designed for longer stays/short-term housing needs. So, the accommodations were modest. Beds were metal based reminiscent of a college dormitory. Room and property were clean and smelled nice. No ice or ice maker on site. Overall, a simple, clean place. It worked for our time there.

Clean and Simple, no Frills or Thrills

Other than the guest who had kids on the floor above us, I would say our stay was pretty good. I would stay here again, but preferably on the top floor.

I recommend the Lackland location on Loop 410.

Stayed there during whole I was in transition of moving during Thanksgiving week. Good clean place with affordable price.
