Not great. Checked in at 9:30 on the first night. Didn’t get a remote till after midnight after multiple unanswered phone calls to the front desk where I had to load up my one-year-old and walk down there. I didn’t even get a remote until the next shift came on after 11:30 PM. That was the first night.Night number two, I’m looking for one of my daughter’s toys that was on the floor so she can go to bed. When I lifted up the bedskirt to check under the bed, I found not one, but multiple pieces of large broken glass when I checked in, I let them know I would be with aNight number two, I’m looking for one of my daughters toys that was on the floor so she can go to bed. When I complain about it, the assistant manager was only willing to change my room. No credit, no comp no nothing. New room is now hardwood floor for my one year-old to crawl around and when I tried to heat something up in the microwave, it almost caught fire. I am so upset with this property and this is without a doubt the worst property I have ever stayed at!!!

Broken glass and unhelpful.

The room was stripped to the bare minimum, you have to ask the front desk for things like the coffee maker. Also I had to catch a live roach in the bathroom.

Disappointing

The staff were good. We got an end room which was an awesome location. The room reeked of marijuana, the hinges on the lock for the door were loose and the sofa bed had no mattress or foam in it so you couldn’t even sit on it. Overall feel of the location was ok though. The rooms need some serious upkeep.

It’s was so dirty,carpet need to be change, no shampoo and conditioners, no pot,pan, no silverware,towels is limited, They clean ones a week.  Feeling not safe.

Non working lights , deplorable conditions

No one was at the front desk to check me in to my room. I hoped the desk to see if anyone was in the back. No one. I spent 100  dollars and got no room. Had to go down the road to rent a room and spend another 100  dollars. Worst service.

There was no food for breakfast.  Room was dirty.  Building not kept up to date.  Area was quiet.  Bed was uncomfortable.  Front desk services was good.

Would not recommend staying here

Parking lot was full of tweakers literally smoking in their cars. Trailers parked in the lot full of junk and covered in tarps. The room was in absolutely terrible condition. It smelled like years of smoke. The smoke alarm was disconnected off the wall. Cabinets were worn inside and out. Artwork was ripped off the wall, mirror was crooked on wall, walls were noticeably dirty floors were unclean with blood on the  bathroom floor. The housekeeper obviously not doing their job at all. The counters were not even wiped clean. Draws were disgusting as if they have never been cleaned. The mattress was very lumpy as if it was 25 years old. The cocking in the kitchen and bathroom were noticeably dirty and deteriorated. The wall behind the stove was filthy, the fridge was not clean inside. The screen on the window was ripped, curtains had holes in them. Outside of the door was dented, keys stopped working multiple times. The stairwell next to the room was full of garbage and smelled of urine. I had a family emergency and ended up leaving early. The night I went to get my bags I noticed bugs outside the room on the cement so I knew right away my belongings needed to be shook out before putting them in my car. I shook everything out and found a huge roach in my bathroom bag. Upon going home I had to leave all my belongings outside in plastic bags. I plan on calling corporate. Very sad because I have stayed here multiple times in the past and it was very convenient.

The most disgusting room I have ever stayed in.

The unit was very dirty.Microwave was broken.Crochets we’re every where even in the bed!I had very bad experience!
