Very friendly and attentive staff. Had to come to town for a funeral and stayed a couple weeks. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome here and treated us like family. We will definitely be back.

The facility is very clean.  Excellent wifi.  It is older but well taken care of.

Everything is very clean and smells clean. The owner was so friendly and very sweet. The little diner attached to it has an old-timey feel and has been there for a while. Their food was great! I would absolutely stay here again.

Not fancy, but very cozy.  Staff makes their guests feel at home.  Small town friendliness.

Food was hot and good size portions. 
Waitress was friendly and did not rush you at any time. I would recommend if your looking for a good home style breakfast. We had breakfast there both days we were in town. Friendly old school atmosphere.

Having stayed here several times before we were happy to see the service and room were just as good as we had come to expect.Enjoy the generous complimentary breakfast provided by the facility and the polite staff who waited on us.We had a change of plans and checked out a day early and were disappointed not to receive a refund for our final day, but did not give enough notice of our departure time, I guess.

It is an older motel, so expect dings in walls and furniture. But it is clean and bedding comfortable. Need more hangers for coats. Only one hanger, pervious quest probably took some.

We were there for a hockey tournament. Didn’t spend much time at the motel. We ate in the diner and the food was very good.

The Roseau Motel and Diner is a typical "Motel". The owner was very nice and accommodating, room was clean , bed was soft and comfortable- The building itself is older and probably need of outside repair but they are doing there best maintain the inside, it really is a cute place and a free breakfast, Amy was extremely accommodating and friendly, price was right , WE would stay again!!

Convenient location in heart of the business area of town. I was a little skeptical when I first arrived as the exterior leaves a bit to be desired for asthmatics, but my concerns were quickly abated when I entered the lobby. Super friendly staff at hotel and attached diner. Room was spacious and clean- and they had gone in to turn on the heat for me so it was warm too! Little noisy with passing cars outside but that decreased as it got later. Amenities for all guests in central area included microwave, ice machine, toaster and other utensils. Breakfast included at the diner was excellent, and I stayed for a bit to use the WiFi and make more trip plans. Thanks for a great experience!

Friend Staff & Great Amenities

This hotel is older but very clean and our room looked to be recently remodeled. Attached diner served delicious breakfast food (we did not eat there for any other meals). We stayed in Roseau in the winter with frigid outdoor temps but our room was warm and cozy. Affordable rates. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The building is older but has been remodeled. Unfortunately, there is no elevator if that is important to you. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and the water in the shower was nice and hot. You get 2 free breakfast coupons with a double room and the diner serves up some pretty good food.

I loved the friendly staff! They made me feel “at home”.The room was large enough and with a table and two chairs. So nice to have a coupon for a breakfast at the Diner each morning.
