Very clean throughout. Personable staff who were prompt and professional during check-in.

Really convenient to getback on Route 81.  Close to good restaurants too.  Very clean, modern hotel.  Quiet and comfortable beds.  Great breakfast.

The best hotel experience I have had! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The area was safe. The hotel was in excellent condition and our room was spacious. Would highly recommend. The breakfast was also 10/10 with many options.

One night stay here prior to a flight from DC the next day. Pleasant, modern hotel. Friendly check-in staff. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. Not much to do nearby the hotel - the Mexican restaurant was mediocre. Would return if I was in the area.

Lovely and spacious room. Nice decor. The only drawback is the hotel is next to an RV park and a few roadside conveniences (gas, McDs, Starbucks) but nothing else.

Once we were inside, the place was pleasant but since we arrivrd at night the initial wayfinding was not good as we could not figure out the front entrance. The pool was still open until 10pm which made the teenagers happy. We were looking for food deliveryoptions and the front desk offered some pizza delivery options verbally but it would have been nice to have a sheet of other options that deliver to the area. Otherwise, rooms were clean and modern. Everything we needed for a night to rest on our way driving south.

The hotel was great for my group. We stayed only one night, but the rooms were super spacious and their layout was perfect.  The only thing is that breakfast ends at 9:30, which seems really for the weekend, we scraggly had a morning hike and got back just after 9:30, and breakfast was still out, so that worked out I do wish it would run until at least 10. Other than that it was great.

Great room -- very large and nice and I would have given higher ratings but the doors are very heavy and you can't close them without them slamming so at 6am when people start getting up for their day, it's just one door slam after the other and hard for me to sleep in, which was my plan after a long day of road tripping.

Great just one problem

We stopped here in route on our trip.  It was an excellent choice. Extremely clean,  large room,  free parking and breakfast, friendly staff and nice layout. Unfortunately due to a power outage overnight the elevator wasn't working in the morning but they had the technician coming out ( it was a Sunday) and we saw them pulling in as we left. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was so happy after dealing with the ladies at the front desk.  After a long day of driving their positive attitude and smiles were refreshing.  Their customer service was excellent.  I will stay here again.  The lady at the bar was just as pleasant.  Everyone on staff greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude.

Stayed here for four nights while I was in Roanoke taking the bar exam. The property is nearly new and very clean, and the staff are polite and knowledgeable. Furniture was modern, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and was served on time every morning. My only real complaint is about the amount of light that comes into the room even with the blinds and shades down--there's a sliver at the top that peeks through. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.
