It was a good place, I would definitely stay there again, I felt very safe and the place was very nice.

I enjoyed my stay everything was close by .

This hotel is perfect if you want that home feeling. It reminds you of an apartment.

Had a bad experience at a nearby hotel and had to leave it. Checked via the hotels.com website for nearby available accommodations and Red Roof inn met our needs,were checked in 15 minutes later into a clean room by friendly staff and felt not only more comfortable but much safer. Only improvement I can suggest is installing mini drudges in the rooms.

my son and I stayed two nights at two different times and the service was great. everything was very clean and everyone was very kind. If and when we return to Raleigh we will stay here again. Good restrarants nearby also and a shopping mall just down the street that has everything. Love it.

I have traveled to plenty of hotels and have had nice staff, but the staff here went over and beyond to make my stay nice. I was here looking for an apartment and had questions about the area regarding locations. The staff help me find places in the area I wanted to live in and gave me places to dine for dinner. I also enjoyed my stay due to be located on a popular road in Raleigh where I could travel up and down and find everything I needed for my stay.Thanks for the great hospitality and I will look forward to doing business again.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very affordable and had a laundry mat on site so that I could do my laundry as well.

It was a decent room for staying in a hotel in Raleigh for a cheap price. There was no bugs and clean sheets. It could be remodeled but it is a good hotel for the price.

I was a little disappointed in the overall room. The actual room was not as modern or spacious as what was pictured on the website. There was also a lot of external noise from other parties in the hotel. The positive was the outstanding hotel service. Jason at the front desk was very professional and worked hard to solve any of my concerns. I was hesitant in completing my visit at this hotel but the service I received not only made this visit bearable but has encourage me to least give Lodge America another try if I need a room again.

Third year in a row staying in the same hotel for a annual event. This was the first time I had any issues at all with my stay. There were several maintenance issues with my room this visit. Broken box spring on one bed, and the bathroom door papered to ripped off the hinges recently and poorly repaired. For the price and location to my event, it was still a fare stay.

My son and I in Raleigh for New Year's celebration and to check it out for a few days since we are considering moving there. I did not want to spend an arm and leg. My son found room on Kayak, I paid for it without knowing much about hotel. Hotel they promised was not too fancy but not a "no tell motel" either. We enjoyed Raleigh and I would consider staying there again in the future.

the hotel was not on the gps which made a little harder to find. the first room we were assigned to was not clean but the front desk rep was very rpofessional and reassigned us to another room that we felt was better for us. the neighborhood was a little rough looking but it seemed to stay quiet and we had a great stay. for the rate of the room we were well satisified

Customer Friendly Staff

This is an extended stay hotel and, therefore, most of the guests seemed to live there. Room was comfortable and clean, but common areas were quite dirty. One cold drink machine was not working but still took your money and delivered a hot drink. For the price, maybe one should not expect more and I may stay again, simply because of the price and location that is convenient for me. It is a very difficult property to locate as it is NOT on Capital Blvd as the address states and there is NO sign pointing to it on Capital Blvd. It is really on Mayflower Street.
