I reserved a smoking room in this motel well in advance of our trip.  It was about half way between our start and destination points on a driving vacation.  After a long day of driving, we arrived at the motel only to find that they had given all of the smoking rooms away to other travelers.  Because smoking rroms are hard to get I had confirmed by phone a few days in advance.  However, the only choices we were given on arrival was to take a non-smoking room or they would cancell our reservation without charge!  They would not compromise on the cleaning fee or the room fee and we had no where else to stay after a long day driving.  We took the room and were completely unhappy with it.   There was nothing quality about the facilities , the air conditioner sounded like a freight train, they did not have the free breakfast that was supposed to be included and there were no restuarants anywhere nearby.  The only positive I can think of for this hotel is that it seemed to be clean.

Nightmare

Checked in here for a 1 night stay on way to Laughlin.  Stayed here last year and room was dated but okay.  This time was quite different.  Open spilled bottles of shampoo on floor in bathroom.  Dirty Kleenex stuck to tv stand.  Qtips on floor by the bed.  Would stay in vehicle for the night b4 staying here again.

Disgusting

Very good service from fr. desk during ck in&cont.breakfast.Very helpful, courteous&NICE. Our rm was very nicely remodeled&clean. Bedding&bed great.Plenty outlets.Shampoo 👎.I read nothing but bad reviews so was very nervous about where Hotwire had placed us.I'm happy to say we were

Toilet wouldn't flush. Room had not been swept or vacuumed from previous guests. Bedding was stained and had cigarette holes burned in it. Only 2 towels provided for a room for 4 people, and no washcloths. Towels were very scratchy and very stained. Lotion appeared like it may have been used previously. Outlets didn't work. Pillows were terrible- 4 ancient, lumpy, half sized pillows. Mattresses were worn out and very saggy.  Room wasn't totally disgusting, but wasn't clean. Didn't smell bad. Chairs and toilet/tub were in poor condition- on par with a budget motel. Very close to freeway, so noisy.  "Breakfast" was 1 table, and a couple of bagels set out the night before.

Very uncomfortable stay.

We made a reservation for this hotel based on reviews on Booking.com.  It was highly rated.  This hotel is located on "the wrong side," of the freeway.  There were sketchy people hanging around the liquor store, drinking and throwing fire crackers, next door, there were what looked to be working girls in and out of a ground level room.  I stepped out of the car and looked around and told my husband I did not feel safe even leaving the car in the lot.  There was a van parked there that had clearly not been moved in a long time.  The only "nice looking" vehicle in the lot was the managers.  As we had cancelled as we arrived, they refused to refund our deposit.

Too Sketchy Looking to Check In

Absolutely disgusting place, payed $108.40 to walk on dirty sticky floor, dust so thick on microwave you could write your name (and under bed, see pictures) dirty or stained towels, even contacted corporate office and no reply back.  Take my advice and stay elsewhere, and pictures are worth a 1000 words, see below

Disgusting !!

This little place is completely mismanaged.  I arrived and was greeted two doors down from my room by a monthly-stay, porch dweller.  Children are allowed to play outside the rooms and do so noisily. Perhaps they are monthly guests as well and are paid for my the county welfare office. 

Rooms are not awful and are along the lines of a Motel 6. Some fixtures in my room were missing pieces.  The owner of this place (a Pakastani or India-Indian paces the parking lot with a cell phone in his hand when he could be performing maintenance. Price is okay if you book online, but I will not stay here again, even if this is the only place in town with a room available--I will choose to sleep in my car, until that is major improvement take place as in the Hotel TV show comes and does a makeover.

I should have booked up the road at the Day's Inn in Lehi where I stayed last time.Same price room and was much quieter and no porch dwellers making a racket all day. 

Here's some advice for the manager/owner of this place...

A: evict all the monthly guest ASAP.
B: power wash the sidewalks.
C: go room to room and fix or replace all fixtures that are broken or missing pieces.
D: ban the children from playing outside rooms and making a racket.
E: get rid of the people loitering outside who are smoking.

SUGGEST YOU BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

We were driving from Tacoma, WA to Vail, CO.  I had booked this room in advance & was looking forward to a good nights rest after a very long day behind the wheel.  The clerk was friendly. The room not so much. A couple of minutes walking in the room with my socks on & my white socks had turned brown. Very dirty floor..  The sound coming from the television was so garbled you could not understand what was being said. We tried every channel option & sound stayed the same.  Will not be staying at an Amerinca's Best facility ever again.

Americas Best NOT

We were looking for something cheaper, and in the pictures it looked good, yes, it was an old hotel, but honestly, we didn't expect to see any work-horror here, and the room was poorly cleaned, and if we hadn't come in late, we'd probably be looking for another place to stay.
