My husband and I always stay at the Brasswood! They truly make you feel like family and the inn absolutely feels like home. Also the new look is stunning! Its so cozy and inviting and you definitely can’t beat the location. Can’t recommend it enough!

Loved our weeklong stay at Brasswood Cottage, part of Brasswood Inn. 

The two-floor cottage had everything we needed including comfortable seating, sleeping, laundry and a cute patio and parking spot. Tons of light. Plus, you can use the inn facilities including a quiet shady courtyard and lobby. Location was central but still didn’t feel loud or crowded (right next to Joe’s coffee). Like everything in Provincetown, it’s super dog-friendly so five stars from our pup Nora as well. The super-attentive and warm hosts are available throughout for help and ideas. Plus they’re both musicians (which explains the inn’s name -their two instruments) and we and the town were treated to a Monday night concert on the front porch. 

If you need a comfortable sure-thing in P-town, Brasswood Inn is it.

We stayed at the Brasswood for two amazing nights and can’t recommend this charming inn highly enough. Tom Westmoreland and Brian Calhoon were the consummate hosts—welcoming, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is ideal for anyone looking to experience all that Provincetown has to offer. The accommodations were lovely throughout, from the newly renovated main room with its fun little bar and cozy electric fireplace, to the peaceful back courtyard where we enjoyed breakfast each morning (served at our requested time and featuring delicious homemade baked goods along with many other options). The front porch is a perfect spot for relaxing and people watching, and the on-site parking made it easy to head out to the National Seashore for a beach day.

As musicians, the highlight of our stay was the magical Monday evening porch concert, featuring Brian on marimba and Tom on drums. Their talent is extraordinary, and the intimate setting made it an unforgettable experience. 

This was a truly unique and memorable vacation—we’re already dreaming about our next visit to the Brasswood!

We spent a week in the Cottage for the second year in a row, and it was bliss. Brian and Tom run such a friendly, clean, high-end operation -- the community they have built within this already-incredibly special community made our trip more than magical.

The place was immaculate, perfectly-located, the perfect mix of public and private, and was just incredibly special to be in. We will definitely be back a third time!

We've been coming to PTown for the better part of 15 years and have staying at other inns, condos and larger group homes.  This trip was the 2 of us and our doggo.  We all love this town.
This stand alone cottage was great.  The location cannot be beat and it is roomy enough to spread out, have your own space and have old and new friends over for a drink before T-Dance.  Tom and Brian are amazing and are always close by and answer calls and texts very quickly.  The washer and dryer are a huge plus so pack lightly.  The AC, when needed, works very well and cools things down for a great night sleep on a very comfy bed.  The morning treats that the inn provides cannot be better and the new reno to the front foyer and bar area is a very nice addition.  We hope to be back soon.  I would def' give the cottage, or any room at Brasswood Inn, a try during your next visit.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Provincetown! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff kept in touch with me throughout my stay, which made everything even better.One big plus was the parking — definitely reserve your spot early as space is limited. Clint, one of the team members, was fantastic! Each evening, he would let me know what was on the breakfast menu, and I could either have it delivered to my room or pick it up myself. It was a smooth process with it being able to complete my droid order and request fresh towels online. The baked goods were all homemade, fresh, and absolutely delicious.Another highlight was the bar. Clint also made incredible drinks, and with two complimentary drink tickets, I got to enjoy some creative cocktails as part of my stay.I stayed in a King room, which was nicely sized and came with a balcony. The bathroom was on the smaller side but totally workable.Overall, my stay here was wonderful, and I would love to return during the summer season and rebook here. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Provincetown!

right in the heart of Provincetown. Car parking was included for me. Room was large, the four poster bed was huge and there was a working fireplace. Also included a fridge. Smallish bathroom with shower but fine for just me. Fresh cookies were by the front door. There is also a firepit in the back.

Everything about this Inn is outstanding!!! My husband and I stayed for the 1st time this past weekend. It was absolutely amazing!!!! The location, the room, the ambience all just wonderful. We brought our dog Conway Washington, as this was his 1st visit as well. We love Ptown and the Outer Cape. We highly recommend this hotel. The customer service is truly the best we have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!!

A Magical Stay at the Brasswood – Perfect in Every Way!

The Perfect Cottage

Another perfect stay!!!

We had a chance to stay at The Brasswood Inn early in the fall. What a great spot! The inn is beautiful and impeccably maintained with lovely common spaces, tastefully appointed guest rooms and super comfortable bedding. The front porch overlooking Commercial Street and the harbor front beyond it is a fabulous spot to sit with a coffee or a cocktail to take in the hustle and bustle of Provincetown passing by. Speaking of cocktails, the Bloody Mary with its distinctive Cajun flair was the best I’ve ever had, and paired with Tom’s homemade cheddar and chive biscuits, it made for the perfect late-morning treat! There is an absolutely lovely back patio complete with comfortable furniture and sails offering shade. A beautiful sanctuary in the busy heart of downtown.  The story isn’t complete without mentioning the innkeepers. Tom and Brian are just perfect for the role!  Their gracious hospitality is warm and welcoming.  Even with a house full of guests and a few four legged friends to boot, yes the inn is dog friendly, which is perfect for us, the innkeepers took the time to get to know us, and to share some great insider tips about P-Town.  If you’re looking for a great place to stay in the middle of it all go straight to The Brasswood Inn!

Fabulous Autumn Visit to P-Town and The Brasswood Inn

I've lived in Massachusetts for almost 30 years and this was my first time to P-town and I could not have picked a better place to stay. From the moment of booking and speaking with Brian over the phone I could feel the warmth and comfort that we truly experienced while staying at the Inn. The homemade breakfast is fabulous and very practical because you fill out a sheet of precisely what you want the night prior and then when you wake up it's ready for you. The rooms are cozy with gas fireplaces and  each one's dedication to an American musician is a unique touch, warmer than a sterile number. My husband and I and our three sons had four rooms for two nights and were in town for a family wedding. We found the Inn's location to be quite convenient and everyone working at the Inn to be very friendly accommodating. My husband and I are looking forward to returning for a weekend sojourn some time next spring or early summer. 

A Charming Getaway

The guys who own and run this inn are very hospitable and thoughtful, from advanced emails and calls to welcoming you upon arrival. Convenient free assigned parking.  Individualized breakfast offerings are tasty, brought to your room or in lobby, with beverages available throughout the day. Center of town inn, older place but well maintained. My room had a balcony as well. Compact ensuite bathroom but serviceable. mini fridge and tv in room as well and a comfortable upholstered chair too. They have excellent rates for being in the center of town close to everything. Very comfortable main floor lounge area and a very nice back patio for good weather sitting too, plus the front porch area is excellent for people watching on Commercial Street. It's the host's hospitality and thoughtfulness that would bring me back here again.

Excellent, hospitable stay in the center of Provincetown

We just returned from a weekend in Provincetown, where we stayed at the Brasswood’s Inn. Our hosts Brian and Tom were exceptional. Our booking was easy, checking, was easy and we really enjoyed our stay. We traveled with both of our chocolate labs, and they could not have been more accommodating. Complementary breakfast was excellent on both mornings, as was the cocktail social hour in the evening. It is clearly evident that the owners want to ensure that their guests are taken care of and enjoy their stay. We highly recommend the Brasswood’s inn for anyone  traveling to Provincetown. If you are traveling with your dogs, it’s even more reason to stay with them.
