Quaint mom & pop motel right on US54. It is original retro with comforting beds. Not much for amenities but we love it. Restaurant right next door.

Definitely a great place to stay!  No frills, bur CLEAN!

I loved every minute of my stay! For a very affordable price, this place was cute and cozy, clean, pet friendly, next to a great diner, and is very well cared for. What a great find on my trip through Kansas, I hope to return next time around!

What a gem! Evergreen is a new fixture on our trek to see my family - perfect distance, wonderful people and rooms - old school cozy and very well maintained. Dog friendly! Quiet and lovely. Great diner next door!

Very pleasant people here and love older motels built in the 1950's and 60's. Classic green/pink tiles in the bathroom. They accomodated our request for a quiet room. Sadly, some booking sites state breakfast is included, which is false. The owners are working to correct this and they do offer coffee in the office and there is a quaint restaurant next door that is open for breakfast.

I love this unique little motel. Room was clean, the bathroom was so cool- beautiful tiling. I liked that I didn't have to reserve with a credit card ahead of time. A great way to support small business!

Loved the bathroom and room size - large, 50's tile.

This was our second stay.  We loved the cozy, home like room during both of our stays.  Our two dogs were welcome, and loved walking in the country like grounds, but we noticed a pet fee on our second trip.  Overall, a treasure.

The Evergreen Inn Motel is dated but not dirty. I prefer traditional small mom and pop motels that are kept up nicely over the budget level corporate owned places that are not well taken care of. I also demand cleanliness where I stay and will not return to a place that is not properly cleaned or well taken care of. This place checked all the boxes. it was spotless, definitely not old and abused, even though it's very vintage in its appearance, and Rose at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. The highlight for me was that 1950's space age bathroom sink. It was out of this world!Needless to say, on my yearly travels I will be making this motel my must stay location in Pratt.

This place is like a portal in time. You feel like you’re in the 80’s and everything looks like it is from the 80’s .. except brand new. Really cool vibe and super nice staff. You can tell they take pride in taking care of the place. The outdoor pool was nice and there’s even a cool diner next door for breakfast. Very friendly atmosphere and pet friendly.

This motel has been kept in excellent shape considering its age. Everything in the room worked fine and was in good condition. The "retro" bathroom looked probably as it did when the place was built, but was very clean and well maintained. The only complaint I have about my stay was the SMELL in the room. There was an overpowering smell of cleaner in the room, kind of like what you'd get if a whole bottle had been spilled, and it never went away. I know you can expect to smell cleaners when you first walk in a room, but the smell usually dissipates after 10 minutes or so. This did not. Sadly, it was 101 degrees outside so I could not open up the room to air it out, but I doubt that would have even done any good. I left for dinner and it was still bad when I returned. I don't know how I managed to sleep at all that night and I left early in the morning because I couldn't take it anymore. That's too bad because I would stay here again but I'm afraid to take the chance on the cleaning smell again.

This retro motel was cute, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant next door was good and cheap for breakfast. Amenities were sparse...no inroom coffee or hairdryer but did have small refrigerator and microwave. If you are looking for a place with no flaws, keep going. If you like atmosphere and personality,  stay here.

Exhausted as we reached Pratt, KS, we found a very affordable room (about half what all the other motels were charging) with the unlikely description of a motel AND RV park - With a 9.4 out of 10 rating - That accepted pets.  Unwilling to spend over $100, we used Expedia to book a room.   We opened the door, to find a bedroom just like Grandma used to get ready for us - carpeted, older furniture, and very clean.  Tile on the bathroom floor, a flyswatter on the door, standing pillar ashtrays outside every doorway, apparently installed back in the 50s when most visitors enjoyed an evening smoke -  Clean RV hook up area behind the swimming pool - Located next to a large farming field with lovely walkways and grass available to delight doggies and other walkers - Next door to a great local restaurant (closed Mondays FYI).  We will definitely be back, just to taste the warm and cozy feeling that you really can go home again.

For an inexpensive and very clean room, you cannot get better than this!My two must haves in a room are clean and safe, which this place satisfies.The people that run the motel and front desk are very pleasant and friendly. That is a bonus on top of the clean and safe requirements.The room is very spacious. In addition to the queen bed, there is a rather large living area with a couch. There is also a side are with a desk and chair.The room has a refrigerator AND freezer as well as a microwave and TV.The bathroom is also clean and on the large side.This place also accommodates RVs although I have not seen those pads nor do I know the price. Sorry!All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my room and accomodations.As an added bonus, "Ric's restaurant" is  open for business and an awesome place to have breakfast or lunch.Highly recommended for a budget room.
