We travel several times a year to visit family members and usually stay here because it’s right off interstate and fairly close to their home. We have always had a great experience here. Front desk representative, Courtney was very friendly and professional. The room was super clean. When we got into the room, Courtney called asked if the room was satisfactory. They had never done this before and I was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I both have difficulty with stairs and requested a lower floor. We didn’t have the continental breakfast due to us visiting family. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Visit

the stay was pleasant and peaceful, staff was great and attentive. had no issues with room stay. all was sanitary and well organized for the arrival to my room for the night. Breakfast had a variety to pick from. 

Relaxing

At check in I was greeted by Elizabeth who offered great customer service.  Took the time to review my reservation & made necessary adjustments to meet my needs. Informed me if breakfast time as well as check out time. Extremely pleasant personality that made me feel welcomed.  

Outstanding Customer Service

  Cheap stay but you pay for what you get.  I have stayed at worse hotels though.  Property needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading.  Carpets are growse.  The property looks old and abandoned, the few people that stay here are construction workers. And they are very loud and disturbing.

Don't expect much

Stepped on a rusty screw in room, breakfast was a joke and after my while family woke up with sore throat, I found out the ac filter was filthy and now we all have respiratory infections. A complete waste of time and money staying here.

Run away... fast

Hotel staff was very unprofessional and racist. I stayed for only one night and they charged me a $200 deposit fee. They told me it would take 3-5 to get the money refunded, but after 10 days of waiting and calling they said they forgot to initiate the refund and it will take an additional 3-5 business day. The deposit cost more than 2 times what I paid for the room. They gave me a room directly above the office when the hotel was obviously empty. The location of the room made it very noisy as I could hear any movement from the main lobby. Inside, the room was nothing special. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. I've been charged less for a deposit fee at 4-5 star hotels for multiple nights. It's unacceptable and since I had already booked it I paid the fee. My mistake, won't happen again. You've been warned.

Stay away from this hotel

Do not stay in this hotel. They made a paper copy of your driver’s license at check in, and they do not tell you. I just happen to see it. They do it under the counter. I saw her fold the paper in half and I saw my driver’s license. They would not give it back to me, told me they do not shred it when I leave. I asked them where they keep it, for how long. They told me they keep them on site in boxes and store them forever. In this day and age of identity theft, this is a big no no. I reported the issue to Wyndham. Now you ask, so why did I not leave? I went there for a dog show, had 2 german shepherds with me, arrived late afternoon, not much choice there.
Other than that, the rooms are clean and the outside has plenty of grass to walk your dogs. Pet fee is $15 per dog per night, not cheap.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL

Bathroom must not have been cleaned. Other amenities were suspect at best.
Hot water wasn't hot. HVAC didn't produce heat in the winter. Appeared to lack general cleanliness throughout facilities. Was cheap, but not cheap enough for lack of care.

Lack of bathroom cleanliness

Spend $30 extra bucks & stay in Houston. Confirmation email said 2 pm they would not allow me to check in until 3, knowing I am a displaced evacuee. Rooms where not clean, carpet was wet, hotel door was unlock & open upon arrival, pool out of service, as well as ice machine. I heard the people above us all night, did not feel safe 

DONT DO IT

This was good value for cost in this region. Not everything was perfect, but staff were very helpful and accommodating, room was fine, both clean and generally in good order (nice hot water!). Road noise was an issue, but would be a problem for any hotel on this stretch of highway. I used the HVAC to help drown it out.
