Decent Motel. Needs just a touch of TLC with the cleaning (bathroom vent pretty filthy) but overall, great price and decent room.

This is a conveniently located, clean, comfortable, safe, low-cost, no-frills motel, the kind where you bring your own toiletries and hair-dryer and might have to ask for extra towels. (Think Schitt’s Creek, not fancy nor pretending to be). Beds are great and showers are hot. Everyone at the desk is completely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and can totally recommend this property.

An excellent utilitarian accommodation. Reasonably priced.  Very clean.  There is an interesting Italian restaurant conveniently located directly across the street.  This was a perfect place for my stay.

This motel is exactly what I was looking for, no more and no less. At a budget rate for the area, it provided clean, basic rooms, and everyone on the staff that I had contact with was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for luxury and lots of perks, you'll need to pay more for those elsewhere. If you're looking for a clean, safe, pleasant, affordable place, this is it.

Very small room, but also very clean and comfy. The bathroom was very nice, and everything was in working order. Nice, prompt, helpful staff.

I seen some of the rating but i had the room above thw liquor store and first it was a nonsmoking room . Place might look like from the 80's but slept like a baby clean and relaxing

Route 9 diamond in the rough

I wasn’t expecting miracles considering the price. The man at the front desk was very friendly. The room was clean sheets are clean. The AC worked, which was great. The remote for the TV wasn’t working, which is kind of a bummer, and the fridge could use a hard scrubbing. I would stay there again in a pinch since all I needed was a bed and a shower essentially.

The motel was clean and the bedding was immaculate. The room was very basic and had very few ammenities. My predominant problem was that I had requested a handicap accessible room as I am mobility impaired and was told on arrival that long term tennants already had the only 2 handicap rooms. We managed for 1 night but it was neither comfortable, nor possible to bring my wheelchair into the room.

I AM always happy to stay at the Countryside Motel.  The location is convenient for me, the beds are super comfortable, and the prices are super reasonable. Also, the staff is especially professional, polite and helpful, and they are also conveniently located across the road from Route 9 Pizza.  Staying at the Countryside Motel is a no-brainer for me.

A Regular Guest for very good and simple reasons.

It looks like the owners are making upgrades bit by bit -- some of the furnishings are newer and in fine condition, others look like they've been there since the '80s. The motel is conveniently located for the events we were in town to attend, the price for a room is reasonable, and the sheets were clean, so it served our purpose well.

I have seen the Countryside Motel listed as both a 2-star and a 3-star hotel, but I can honestly say that: 1. the beds are very comfortable; 2. the rooms are very clean; 3. a convenient enough location to lay one's head for the night; and 4. the staff are good, too.  This is definitely a no-frills motel, but for the price and for the comfortable beds, it works great for me!!

The Countryside Motel works for me!!

This was my second time staying at the Countryside Motel.  It is a basic motel; the staff I find to be professional, the beds are very comfortable, and I find the rooms to be clean.  This is definitely a no-frills motel, but a convenient location to lay your head, and sleep, if one wants to save money, or just rest before going back on the road.  The soda machines are a nice convenience, too, as are the refrigerators.  My only complaint is that, this time, I booked a room with a queen-sized bed, but my bed looked much more like a full-size.

Only needed a room to take a shower and hit the road right after so we did not spend the night. The room was clean and there is also a kitchen with fridge. Did not try the beds but from just sitting on them they did not feel super comfortable, but I could be wrong. The shower was fine. The towels could be replaced by newer ones though.The AC smelled really bad and blew dust when we turned it on.Overall I am satisfied with the room because we only need to shower but I don't think it would have been the most comfortable stay over night.

Okay Motel

Great little place, awesome value. Traffic on 9 noticeable, but slept right through it anyway. Comfy bed, good shower.
