When we checked in manager was nice and she was very pleasant and like talking to us finally when we got checked into our room it wasnt very clean and to much construction outside nobody can get to hotel plus there listed as being close not a professional place plus when I ordered pizza the delivery guy said it said on website was closed. And house keeping is a joke they dont vacuum well at all and are rude to deaf people , and the young lady who was at the desk talked on her cellphone to her friend instead of doing her job and was making fun of me to her friend on phone with me standing right there, then I asked the manager If I could talk to her in private and she had a unpleasant attitude so did the man working  there he was rude and never stays at his desk I had to let housekeeping in one time I recommend never stay at this hotel it’s awful
 

Just plain rude

The clerk (Cheveze) was nice, but unable to compensate for the many problems in either of the two rooms he tried to set us up in.  He did accompany us to the first room to personally check on the cleanliness.  Both rooms had shower doors that wouldn't latch or stay shut.  He tried to show us how to latch the shower, but his method was not repeatable when we tried to work the door later.  Had we tried to shower in either room, the floor would have been soaked.  The first room had no hot water in the sink, and the sink light didn't work.  The second room had a shed off skin of some sort of bug (not a bedbug, but not cute either) under the bottom sheet.  On a hunch, I wiped the surface of the toilet seat with a kleenex; the toilet seat did not pass the white kleenex test.  That was the last straw.   We asked for, and got a refund.  We went down the street to the Hiiltop Inn which not only was cheaper, but also cleaner and everything in the room worked.

We had to get a refund without staying the night

We stayed a night here because it was convenient. Don't stay here unless you have to. Reception is permanently locked & has a security guard which should tell you all you need to know. Drug deals & hookers in evidence in the parking lot. On the plus side it was cheap & I had no real complaints on the state of the room

Avoid

The photo is of BLOOD in our ice tray. The room was filthy! Bodily fluids all over toilet, unvacuumed carpets, trash from other guests, broken fridge, vomit & blood in elevator, hair and sticky mystery fluid all over end tables. This place was FOUL. I can't believe this place is even open. We paid almost $100 for a "business suite." I wouldn't let my DOG sleep here. Staff is a JOKE. They are just as dirty as the rooms. Will never stay at a motel 6 again.

Filth!!!

I was on a collage tour to the art institute, drove from va beach to Pittsburgh, when I arrive to check in to a room, the front desk woman refused to checke into a room because of my skin color, would recommend any other hotel over this location due to the racist front desk clerk
