Very clean, safe, well located property. Price was great!!! The only thing I would change is to have a blanket on the bed.

Love the pool it was amazing and I love that it was also for toddlers

We stayed here in 2023 and again this year. Rooms are clean! Great place to stay for a few nights! We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed two nights. We had a large room that we enjoyed. It was quiet after all traffic stopped. We were right on the road so it can get quite noisy. But I would stay again.

Highly recommend! Super reasonable price for a nice place to sleep. Nothing fancy, but clean, friendly and convenient. Great area on the strip, close to everything! Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are clean, and it’s convenient to Dollywood.

This is my new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge.  I chose this  place because of previous reviews.Rhonda checked me in and then out when I left. She is extremely nice and friendly.  She is definitely an asset.  This hotel is extremely clean.  The floors don't have carpet and you can tell they clean the floors because I didn't end up with dirty socks.  The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. They take the time to clean the windows inside and out when someone checks out.  They have nice chairs outside your room but it was too cold to enjoy them. I will definitely be back.

My new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge

Conveniently located to all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer. Great selection of movie channels, the room itself it’s nothing to brag about but it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. What truly matters was the value. We just needed a night to crash after driving from Knoxville to Ashville and this place was perfect. During storm Helene.

Location , Location , Location

We checked in around 11pm and staff was very pleasant and kind.  Check in was easy.  Room was clean.  Bathtub was showing some wear but clean nonetheless.  We felt very safe.  Only issue we had was we booked a king room and was given a 2 queen room.   It wasn’t a big deal to us and we were too tired to walk back to the lobby so we just went on to bed.   We found this property to be a good clean budget friendly hotel.   We will definitely stay here again

Reception staff were very feiendly and helpful with any requests. Large room with all the basics, except no ironing board. The window would have benefitted from net curtains for privacy. WiFi was not very good, poor signal on some devices and on others it was never posisble to connect. This let down an otherwise good budget option.

All the staff was very friendly. House keeping was not going out of their way to get you anything.We left towels in chair outside door like we was told to do but they still did not replace them we had to go to office to get towels. When leaving we backed car in front of room to load it and house keeping acted rude even though they had plenty of room to get by and I offered to move car but they were speaking in language I didn't understand and from their attitude you could tell I probably just got cussed out lol. But the hotel was great place to stay and very nice front desk staff

Good choice for a home base for a 3 night stay. The room has been remodeled. It was very clean & everything worked well except the tv. I called front desk & within 30 minutes the staff had replaced the failed tv with a brand new one. Wow great service! The room was on 2nd floor & close to front office. It was quiet & the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

Great location and room was perfect!! The bed was super comfortable and the whole room was so clean and spacious! Great water pressure and ac worked great also! Everything in our room had been updated! It was so nice and I absolutely loved the fact of having  no carpet in the room! I didnt get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and also really clean! All employees at this location that we had interaction with was super nice and was always smiling! Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect!!!

Overall clean and comfortable, liked that there was not carpet. Best part was within walking distance of several great restaurants....traffic is terrible so you want to walk. Only a 10 minute walk to Patriot Park to catch a trolley to Dollywood. All day trollet pass $3. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Would staff again.

Easy access

If you are looking for something luxurious, this isn't it. Looking for something clean and convenient, this is perfect. This suited my needs while staying in the area, being out and about the majority of the day which most people do, and then coming back to sleep and shower, this was a good place, right on the main drag of Pigeon Forge.

Excellent bang for your buck, it’s far enough down the strip that it’s less chaotic. The motel was clean and the pool was very nice. My only real complaints are the weak water pressure and the noisy HVAC unit but it kept the room cooled down while it was 102 degrees outside so I can deal with a bit of noise.
