It's a nice clean place for the price and parking right outside my door

The check-in person was very nice and has a great personality. She was able to help with our needs.

Very clean hotel! Nice employee at check in. They appear to be working on renovations. The floor, beds, and some of the furniture were new. The bathroom was older, but very clean. The beds were comfortable and our overnight stay was pleasant. I would happily stay here again!

Stayed here numerous times. Always clean and tidy with comfortable beds. No carpet on the floor which I like.

This a perfect place if you're looking for a place to sleep while on the road. We were passing through and were not looking for anything fancy, just a nice place for a good price and that is what we got. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It was a quiet location, but not far of a drive to local attractions and restaurants.

We have stayed here several times , staff is always helpful and courteous, check in and out is easy and quick- rooms are clean - no complaints - shopping and dining is just one exit up and right across from the fair grounds

Comfort at a great price!

The room had everything we needed to spend a quick night after driving all day. It was clean, had a great mattress, had a coffee maker for the next morning and a decent continental breakfast.  If you want a modern, stylish room,  you are out of luck. But if you want a reasonably priced room for just sleeping and getting on the road the next day, this motel fits the bill. I would stay there again.

good for an overnight stay. bed was comfortable, wifi was fast enough, heat/ac was adequate and not too loud. small tv, shower was ok but beware the knobs turn in the opposite direction. which can be an issue when you are trying to adjust it mid shower. room was clean, no odor, check in easy, staff was welcoming and pleasant.  restaurants near by and close to the interstate. price was right breakfast was  not so great but i wasnt there  for the breakfast and stopped at a restaurant on the road.

Nice clean room.  Passed extensive bedbug check, no problem.  Comments on the physical room.  1.  Great air handler unit.  Looked brand new and worked perfectly.  Best I have ever seen in motels.2.  Microwave would only work once, then need to unplug to reset it, then use again.3.  The desk is oversized for the room.  A person cannot pass behind someone sitting at the desk.4.  Nice firm mattresses (just like my wife and I like), also looked new.5.  Biggest complaint and the reason for knocking off a star, they blocked YouTube on the in-room wifi.  EXTREMELY annoying.  Probably so you will charge up stuff on pay to view TV.  And this is the only reason I would tell someone to avoid the place.

Room 121 I believe... very comfortable. Excellent for 'Business' use - great desk for laptop and room to spread out papers. Great lighting - desk lamp. Overall just what is needed with in-room coffee, micro & fridge, Tv that wasn't huge but offered great quality & remote that worked. Most Surprising? The Towels. Absorbent. I'm 6'3 230+ - took ONE Bath towel to dry off. O N E.

My family needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. I decided on this hotel because the price was good and the rates were higher than most in the area. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it was a clean and in a good area. The breakfast was only a few options, but they did have one. The only negative that I could say was the smell in the room. It wasn't bad, just a strong smell of cleaning products mixed with a musty old smell. It got better the longer we stayed. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Good, clean stay

No frills, but clean and comfortable. We stop here on our way heading north on 75 and again on our way back home to break up the drive. For the price, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Bathroom is outdated, but clean nonetheless which is all I can ask for when traveling. The shower was also great pressure and hot. Will stay again and do recommend.

The property is older but the rooms are clean. There is some notable damage to walls (interior and exterior) but that’s not a big deal to us. It’s safe, quiet, and close to the fairgrounds. This was our second year staying here while attending a local event and we plan to stay here again next year. The staff has been friendly and helpful during our stays.

Let me start by telling you, I am not a fan of sleeping in a strange bed...... 5* resorts included.  We attended a horse show.  There arent many options in Perry, GA. I looked at reviews for many Hotels/motels.  I decided to go with the Relax Inn based on reviews.  Its absolutely a no frills motel, however, the place looks to be in the process of renovations.  Our room was really clean.  No gross carpet....laminate floors were put in.  The bedding and towels were really clean.  The shower was also really clean.  Water gets really hot and the water pressure is fantastic.  The A/C worked fantastic.  We stayed 2 nights and i will absolutely stay again if im ever in the area again!

I was there for a dog show.  Pet friendly But I had to leave a day early but since I prepaid, I’m not able to get a refund through Expedia or Hotels.com?  I wasn’t aware I had to contact them and not the property so other than that the stay was fine. I like this property and the location is perfect for access to the dog show location. The staff is super nice.
