What you would expect for the price. Towels were small, bedding worn, but overall clean. We stayed here both ways.

The parking lot is well lit at night. Very quiet and I felt safe staying there. Customer service was fast and friendly. One of the better ones in the area.

I stayed in room 106. It was clean for the most part. I moved the couch next to the bed so I could sit and watch tv instead of laying in the bed and there was half ate chip bag under the couch, a broken cigarette and a used hand towel. Also the beds are really firm. Not soft. But overall for the price, it was a decent room. Bad side of town, but I felt safe staying at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and check in and check out was fast. The room size are large and the tvs are newer and nice size. Very hot showers! Also for being in bad part of town, it was very well lit parking lot and very quiet at night.

Once I entered the room, the smell of cleanliness was in the air. The room was extremely clean and spacious.

Checked in late at night, location felt safe, night manager very friendly and helpful. Slept well!

Front desk gentleman was very helpful and honest, as I had just left a hotel down the road and had a terrible experience with them (bayfront inn and suites). He was able to assure me that their rooms were actually clean; and even showed me a room so I was able to make sure I didn’t run into the same issue at the hotel down the road, that I had to cancel for and am still waiting on my refund. Executive inn front desk gentleman was helpful with my questions about the ice machine and even gave us maps and info on things to do in the area. If you are going Pensacola and want an affordable hotel with a decent price, definitely go to executive inn!!!!

Amazing service

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.  Everything in the bathroom worked well, and there were a sufficient number of ac outlets in the room.  The heater/air conditioner had strange-acting controls, but intuition will allow the user to set the desired room temperature to the desired level within 3-4 degrees.  The TV and remote control were totally incomprehendible; after 15 minutes of struggling, I never got more than one station.  Had I wanted to watch more TV, I'd have called the office for help.  The small refrigerator in the room worked well, but was occasionally noisy.  All in all, and considering the price, the room was good.

This is a cheap motel with all the things you expect in a cheap motel- the rooms were pretty clean, except for a couple things like a spot of urine on the bathroom floor (it was behind the door so I'm sure housekeeping just didn't see it) and a black curly hair in one of the towels (we all have fair straight hair). The front desk guy was nice and I really appreciated the motel's strict quiet at night rule. The area seems like it might be a little sketchy- there were lots of sirens throughout the night, and I heard a man a couple rooms down yelling loudly (and vulgarly) at someone, but we didn't have any problems. It served its purpose of a cheap place to crash on the way to our actual destination, but I wouldn't recommend staying very long.

There was some water spilled in our room (from the fridge) and the staff was very helpful.

The clerks were friendly and very professional. The room was very clean. The bed was a little old, but comfortable, and the edges of the mattress were showing a little wear. the bathroom was very clean. The tub was a little slick, but shiny.  Overall I very much enjoyed my brief stay.
