As a frequent traveler, I have rarely encountered someone as dedicated and professional as Ms. Vikki. She went above and beyond her regular duties to accommodate my travel needs, as well as those of my wife. Though we typically travel between New York City and Washington, D.C., without an overnight stop in Philadelphia, her genuine care and thoughtful assistance made our stopover both enjoyable and memorable.
