Clean home nestled close enough to the coast. Host was extremely helpful and had lots of good recommendations.

Manager was very friendly and accommodating! My husband loved the fishing area, we plan to come back for sure!

Hong was helpful, kind and waited to meet us. Would stay at this fun clean place again. The evening on the lanai watching the sunset and fishermen was epic. Thank you!

For the price, this is an excellent property. Clean, spacious, and on the water, and it had a full kitchen and tv room. Hong, the manager (and owner ?) was extremely friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations for food and activities in the area, and accommodated my late arrival. Not specific to the property, but Pacific City is absolutely gorgeous and the beach is a 5 minute drive from the resort.

Clean, quiet and the owner was super accommodating.

Hong was an amazing host. The custmer service was a 10 out of 10. The cabins are updated inside and very clean. Having the dock right there to fish was an added bonus. We will definitely go back.

A quiet get away with picturesque views and right on the river! For us it was easy to access the beach, just down the road. Hong gave us excellent advice for food near by. It has fishing amenities and a fun floating dock you can cast from or spin around on your SUP or kayak. I highly recommend it for a chill weekend or fishing trip.

Quaint and quite with quite a bit of hospitality.

This was our third time staying at this incredible location, and each visit has exceeded our expectations! The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home every time. The location itself is unbeatable, especially for those who love to fish—the convenience and beauty of the area are simply unmatched. We’re already planning our next trip and can't wait to bring our friends along to share in this wonderful experience!

Wonderful cabins by the river!

The cabin we had was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was so friendly and made sure our room was everything we needed. He checked in with us to see how our stay was after the first night. The area was safe and parking was right outside our door! We will absolutely be back to this property again!!

Best thing about this place is Hong (owner/operator) he will go out of his way to make sure you have what you need and are comfortable. He takes great pride in his facilities and you feel like a friend. The cabins are old, and small, but they have been upgraded and are well stocked and clean. My friend and I had excursions planned and actually shortened our day just so we could sit on the porch with wine and take in the river and view. It was a truly sweet experience and place to stay. Also great centralized location for visiting Neskowin and Tillamook!

Perfect River Cabin

We had an excellent stay in one of the cabins here!  Our cabin was updated, environmentally-friendly, and clean!  The owner was very friendly and informative about the area- gave great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches.  He even borrowed us a couple of his own beach towels to use while we were there.  In addition, the setting is picturesque and very peaceful.  The resort is located in a quiet seaside community that has mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. The valley in between boasts the river, the small town, and fields where you could see cows grazing.  Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay!

Picturesque stay with great hospitality

This property was a pleasure; quiet, clean and comfortable!Mr. Hong is an excellent host. He was attentive and available and even provided info on restaurants, events, fishing guides and yearly “timing”.That being said, I’m 6’2” 240 lbs, the ONLY two things were a tiny shower and the bed felt like it was going to crumble as I turned in the middle of the night. 😂Easy to overlook by us based on the great experience we shared! Thanks Hong, we will see you again!

Property owner was very friendly and customer service focused and clearly takes pride in his place.  There are other places to stay but this property right on the river and walking distance or really short drive to downtown Pacific City made it a perfect place to relax in peace and quiet.  Highly recommend for a clean, safe, friendly experience near nature.

It was not the place I was sure I had rented. When I looked back over the reservation, I saw the that "rv rental" was written, but so small I did not see that part when accepting the reservation. Well it says it has "cooking utensils" it has one pot and one pan. No utensils of any kind, no plates, and one Solo cup. We brought food to prepare, and ended going out to eat.In the end our stay turned out pretty swell because we made it so. The owners were very nice. And the fawns and momma deer were a great touch.

Coastal Experience

This property was in such a beautiful location on the river, and we sat on the porch for meals and watched many a beautiful bird go by. The proprietors are helpful and friendly, and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. There are no doors on the bedrooms so if you need a bit of privacy you might think about that.
