A good place for the traveler on a budget, just don't expect too much. At the time of my visit the manager suffered a shortage of help which explained much of the problems I experienced. The wifi was consistent and the TV worked well, regular channels only.

I don’t mind a few issues in a below budget hotel room, if it’s clean. The bed itself was OK. However, don’t adjust the AC, or turn the bathroom lights on without a flashlight or you will have bloody fingers. I didn’t take a picture of the 30 yr old TV, the creature that came out of the sink drain, or the no-show housekeeping on my 2 night stay. Take a close look at the pictures I’d did take though. Rust above the sink, mold in the shower, busted AC. 

There is just no excuse!

We arrived late and the guy working the front desk was very nice and helpful.  That was the only good thing about this place.  We checked in and went to our room, it smelled like cat urine.  The beds looked pretty clean, the rooms could use an update but the worse part was we found someone's used wig laying in the floor of the room.  We called the front desk to let them know of the smell and the wig that was found.  He was very pleasant and offered us a refund.  We accepted and took our business somewhere else.  This place looks shady and was not clean at all.

Awful!

One clerk checking in/checking out a one person staff who wasn't properly dressed and didn't act as if he cared. Already hearing complaints after walking in the door to check in.  Found upstairs room w/ a dirty floor, unsecure door the locks didn't want to budge and the other broken, sink didn't drain well, bugs crawling out of faucet, a couple bath towels supplied but I asked for more but all I got was one.  Phone was disconnected I couldn't call and watching TV all channels were snowy.  The ice machine upstairs was broke I had to walk back down to find another that worked.  After going to sleep later I hear drunks outside my room disturbing the piece.  Called the clerk twice with my cel phone but he didn't do anything about it.  The ruckus continued on I then called the police.  Minutes later the noise suddenly stopped.  I heard cars crank and split.  The disturbance ended.  My two day stay was awful.  Do not stay at this hotel in Ozark AL.  In addition, the pool was empty.  However cannot complain about the price for a room and the shower and bed was good.

DUMP

The absolute worst, nastiest, disgusting hotel ever.  No staff present at front desk to take care of issues.  Don't even think about staying at this awful place!  Bugs in the rooms, no amenities, would have did better sleeping in the car.
