Evergreen Inn

Needs some fresh paint and an updated a/c, and the numbers redone on the outside of the door. The a/c had a hard time keeping up the small room and it’s not even summer yet. But it’s a good price and a quaint little place. Staff were really friendly for my check in.

This is a 12 room motor court remodeled for inclusion of updated lighting, tv, wi-fi. microwave, fridge and coffee maker but using retro furnishings.Park at your door. No hallways and extra facilities. Homey, not fru-fru.Family that runs it is genuinely concerned that you enjoy your stay. It is not just a job... it is their livelyhood and they seem passionate about it.

The lady was very welcoming. Rustic decor suited me- it could have more… new bathroom hardware was a bit too modern for the decor.I really appreciated the natural soaps, coffee, comfy bed and hot shower after a 3 hour drive. The AC and neighbors were not noisy… But it’s a shame the property is on a busy street/highway not a rural setting. I would stay there again, especially at the budget of less than $100/night.

This is a very quiet park at the door motel.  The room lacked a luggage rack and a place to hang my garments.  The shower stall was very small but adequate.  Air condition was excellent.  Office hours are limited.  I did not see an ice machine but one may have been available if I had asked at check in.

This is a tiny, family-owned motel built back in the 1940s and updated in the 1990s. The outside is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. The pet-friendly room was clean. The beds are comfortable, and I like that it has a little kitchenette with a drop leaf table and two chairs, fridge, and microwave. My husband said to add that the water pressure is better than most of the hotels in which we’ve stayed. ❤️ If you’re coming to Osceola for any reason, avoid the more expensive options for this little mom and pop and you won’t be disappointed.

Great night’s sleep

The Evergreen is a nice little family owned Motel the owners are super friendly and sure take good care of their guests. I was on my way home from a long distance kayak race and decided to stop for the night. I made a reservation at the Evergreen and less than 10 minutes later had a call from them on checking in and my possible arrival time. I had a kayak on my vehicle and needed to park away from my room. They allowed me to park in an area where my vehicle and kayak were safe. There was another guest who had a motorcycle trailer so we were both able to park in a secure location and not impede any other guests. The motel plus it rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and there was no problem getting a good nights sleep. The rates are very reasonable and I will stay there again.

This little mom and pop motel is perfect.  Excellent location, speedy check-in, budget friendly, and very clean.  They accommodated an early check-in remotely, which was impressive for a small motel.  I went to the office later, and the lovely lady answered all of my questions.  I will definitely return again.  Please support small businesses like this one.

First of all the great lady that checked us in made us feel  like family fantastic personality.
This was our second visit we stay here on our way back home from  Canadian fishing trip.
The room just feels like home very comfortable and clean.
Great value I don't mean just the cost but what you receive for it.

Most excellent put us on great food recommendations by the way China Star was great.

This was a nice cozy little place perfect for our short one night stayand check in and out was quick and easy.  The sink wouldn't drain but did so after a little work on our end.  The television gave us no signal.  We were hoping to unwind with a little t.v. before heading to bed after a long day of traveling. Overall, not bad for a brief stay.

Evergreen Inn is an old-style motel loaded with charm.  Don't expect anything fancy, but do expect to step into a simpler era that acts like a balm on today's harried souls.  The owner's warm greeting immediately makes you feel at home.  It's a pity I don't expect to get back to Osceola often, because I know where I'd stay.

We were so glad to find this motel at the end of a long day of driving. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. The price was excellent and the check-in was super! The gal at the check-in was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
