Cracks in many walls, no ventilation & bad seals in bathroom, loud shouting in halls daily/nightly, mgmt & security often threatening guests PLUS security guard bullies guests and he has been seen smoking marijuana out behind the motel, + drug dealers roam the grounds/halls. This place should be closed down.

Low end of the totem pole

Well I moved there hoping to get on my feet frist they want u to move out after 3 weeks so you have to find a place for 2 days after you clean the room up to your standards.so we were told to go now no home no body had to go to work got off at 7 had a ride that had to be somewhere so we grab what we could do not have time to clean room ...they told me I left the room dirty but didn't you rent me the room with roaches .dirty.fridge door would not close this place needs to be closed down cleaned

Royal Inn is a straight up joke  the staff is completely rude they don’t fix nothing and look at you crazy when letting them know that this place is roach infested rooms are dirty/smelly and instead of the staff telling you up front that if you stay longer than 28 days you have to check out for 24 hours and come back and pay with cash however when you check out you have an hour to move yo stuff THIS IS NOT A HOTEL/MOTEL THIS IS THE MF PROJECTS

Nastiest place ever

It's the worst hotel ever in the universe its roach infested loud people next door the kids are loud asf ,roaches in the bed with you while you sleep and in the middle of the night when you use the bathroom there's roaches on the toilet, BEWARE DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DARE OR WAN'T ROACHES IN YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU WAKE UP.

The worst hotel ever

The staff is very nice unfortunately the motel is a roach motel due to the residents and their children. The parents are pigs and naturally their children are worst as they are very poorly behaved, they run in the hallways and throw trash everywhere. When we moved in our room was infested with roaches and we finally got rid of them after numerous roach bombs and spraying but for some reason the children are now gathering in the hallway throwing trash everywhere and when we complained at the front desk all they say is that they (the children) don't listen to us (the staff) and after numerous letters to the parents it still never gets any results. Unfortunately even though the staff is very nice its not worth it.

Stay away

I have pictures of everything here, Checked out 5 mins after checking in, infested with dope heads and cigarettes all over hall ways mold in ceilings. Holes in the walls, disgusting. 100% Will be condemned by health inspector
