Checking in was easy, the clerk was very nice. The reason we stopped was a sign that stated "Now Open", figuring they may have made some good changes. Boy did they! All rooms were gutted and remodeled and security was beefed up to keep certain people off the property. Our room was awesome, looked brand new! The bed & pillows were very comfy. The only downside was the lack of an ice machine, so had to walk across the parking lot (8pm and felt safe doing so) to the gas station to get hubby his soda. This motel is just off I-5, The building we were in was behind another building so we did not hear any freeway noise. 
Yes, we will stay here again and have told other family members about this particular hotel.

Unexpectedly nice!

Probably the best motel 6 I’ve stayed in while driving up and down the west coast for the last 7 years. Very clean, quiet and safe. Microwave, fridge and good tv in the room. Very nice walking train across the street. Pleasant staff experience and motel 6 is always a good deal especially when traveling with pets. Highly recommended.

Excellent motel 6

Poor customer serviceI called on July 16 2021 asked about availability. Asked a question and the phone attendant at the desk customer service was rude inconsiderate and hostile. I would never recommend this location to anybody! The first person wanting counters at any business if that interaction is poor, that becomes the perception of the business. Never, well I stay at this location or refer anybody.

Poor customer service

Stayed here a few nights, place was nice, maid service was very good.   No pool and ice machine out all week we were there.   Winco supermarket almost across the street and some restaurants up and down the block.  This was not a first choice place but ended being nice.  Only thing, lady at front desk would not accept my veterans disc, like all the other Motel 6's I stayed at.  A/C style is very loud, not great for light sleeper, but works well.

Good price. Hard to sleep with heating unit coming on waking you up.  Bed comfortable and clean.  Mini fridge. Person checking us in was very nice since we checked in about 8PM without a reservation.  We were tired and wanted to sleep.

We had a clean room and firm beds. A decent flat screen TV plus a microwave and a medium sized refrigerator. The WiFi worked good. There is no place to walk a dog on the property. Instead you need to walk to the park next door. Not ideal at night. The motel has a secluded grass area but it has a NO DOGS sign.

Good Place

The elderly woman who was working the counter was arrogant, rude, snippy, and pushy.  I asked her if there was a certain restaurant in Albany and she snapped, "What do you want to go there for?"  I thought, why is this "Gladys Kravits" busy body trying to dictate where I go for dinner?  She was quick to push a specific restaurant, maybe for her own gain? She was the typical, "Know it all, get in your business," type mother in law no one can stand to be around.  I doubt I'll go back because I would hate to have to deal with her again.  Other than that, the property was clean and the room was comfortable.  Too bad I had to go through the, "Third Degree," just to check in.

Rough Time Checking In!

Great place to stay, cheap and great on quality, Nice clean rooms, nice beds, right off the main road and easy access to i5, would stay here again and would recommend it. Close to food and gas stations. They accept Dogs & Cats (my cat loved it). Laundry room on-site, free WIFI

Low price one of the best low budget stays, Clean room, Cable TV nice place

Great location cute dog walking park close to shopping and places to eat everyone very friendly with the exception of one staff member who had a nasty attitude and was very rude but we would come back!

This is by far the nicest Motel 6 I've been to. The room was big and very comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge. WiFi was included in price. There was a file with a list of places to go to in Albany and other useful things. Laundry room was clean and the machines worked fine.
