We have come back to this motel again and gain for skiing!

This was my second time staying here. I needed to sleep one night - very close to Bellayre Mountain. If you need a place to sleep - I recommend staying here. The only place to eat dinner on Monday/Tuesday is Ming Moon's Chinese. I looked on the iphone maps app for food. All the places I found were closed until Wednesday/Thursday/Friday. I did not want to travel too far to get dinner. Other then that, no issues with the hotel. Free wifi is provided.

The motel is fine, the room, the bed, the heating system, the bathroom, has a mini refrigerator, I had no problems. I styed there one night 2/10/2025 - 2/11/2025. Approximately 13 miles from Belleayre. All I needed was a place to sleep for the night and this worked out perfectly. I would stay here again

Nice budget friendly motel!!  A  air conditioning!

This is an Older motel but you can see theyve been renovating to keep it up. Beautiful bed spreads with comfortable beds. Very clean rooms and the housekeeping staff does a great job. Front desk personal is very friendly and helpful.The rates for the motel are very competive for the area. Would defintely stay here!

This is small local motel.  It was clean and comfortable.   There a liquor store across the state road and restaurant about 100yards down the road.  It’s a no frills, convenient motel in the Catskills.  Served its purpose well and I was on the slopes at Belleayre within 8min from the time I left.

Had a very good location near some small towns with good food options and not far from Belleayre ski resort

Excellent Motel -- Not expensive

Be aware that there is not anyone on the premise to check you in.If you do not receive the check-in instructions via email (happened to me)  you must call the number on the office door and you will be provided a key code. From there all was good. Becky was very helpful and friendly getting me into the room. Room was Very clean but the entire place is in desperate need of an entire upgrade.

Good enough for a night before ski day..

The stay was ok. We needed somewhere to sleep for one night after a wedding and it was exactly that. Bed was clean, decently comfortable. The toilet kept trickling after use but that was not a huge issue. Tried to make coffee in the morning but the coffee pot still had grounds in it. Overall the room served it’s purpose.

I liked the idea of the little breakfast however the milk was curdled and spoiled. It had yesterday's date, so not entirely your fault.  The mattresses NEED TO BE REPLACED! Very lumpy and i felt the springs all night. The big stain on the rug is bad but the stains on the bedspread really grossed me out.

Cable TV and phone, room a bit deconditioned- a few unpatched holes, some knobs missing on furniture.  Scent was present, but not foul.  Ceiling fan worked, mini-fridge good, microwave was clean.  Bath tub was good, linens were clean; toilet was slightly wobbly.    The bed by the wall is cave in in the middle, but the kids loved it.  The bed by the door was comfortable. Some light bulbs missing.  The walls are thin, but it was quiet overall- except for our noisy kids.

You can't expect a 5 star experience when staying at a motel.  As motel's go, the place is pretty decent.  The room was clean and the staff that worked there was extremely nice.  Very social and accommodating.  We stayed for skiing at Belleayre Mountain for a few days.  Really enjoyed having a continental breakfast so we didn't have to kill a lot of time stopping before getting to the mountain to ski.  Also, we got a nice lift ticket discount for staying there.  We also got to use the indoor community pool for one night and it's a very nice new facility, the kids had a lot of fun.
