Comfortable bed, great price. Nothing fancy, however, it was great for a cheap place to sleep.

The room was very nice,roomy and clean.And the area was very quiet.

The customer service was top notch. The hotel management was always available when needed and always courteous, even when we arrived at 4am.

Older motel but clean and quiet. Inexpensive.

Very friendly young lady checked me in. The room was amazingly large and well appointed for such a small price. Very easy to find and access. Good shopping and meal options at the next exit on I-70 2 miles away.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in years. I've stayed here at least 4 times.  Very pleasant owner, always accommodating. Ditch the frills, stick with the cleanest place in the Cambridge area.

I was greeted and checked in quickly. I was allowed a room that had no stairs to access b cause I walk with a cane. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. It took me a while to figure out the tv controller as half of the buttons were not working. Tv reception was not very clear with green “snow” on every channel. Unfortunately the roofing was being replaced so it was noisy from 7:3am till 8pm my second night. All else was great ! I will stay again.

This old school motel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet about half a mile off of I 70 and a mile and a half from the Cambridge downtown. The beds were comfortable, clean linens, all the furnishings were older but in fine condition. I hate staying on a room with banged up furniture, and everything in this room was in good shape. There was lots of space, which was nice, and the bathroom was very clean with plenty of light. See the pictures. Cambridge itself has a nice restaurant called Theo's which is great, and they always light up the city hall at night. Two minor points: towels were not very white. They need some bleech when washed, and I missed not having a Bible in the night stand. Its always nice to have one of them to read a bit in a hotel room. This is no frills at a great price. No breakfast, no coffee service. The room had a good mini frig and microwave, but to keep the price down its no frills in the food and drink department. Which, its fine. You cannot beat this price for the level of space, cleaniless, comfort and quiet you will get here.

Very Spacious, Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

I got this room through a discount site and was pleased with the result. Check-in was very easy and the room was facing the highway. The only prosblem was that I had to go up a few stairs to get to my room and I havce a bad knee. I guess I coulda gon around back where there is no hill. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the wateer wwas hot and the heater worked well. There were several outlets and a good selection of channels on cable. The wifi was good nough. The bathroom didn't have a hair drier and the towels were vry thick, but dried well enough. All-in-all a very worth-while stay.

Well-worth the price

Our room was super clean.  The beds were comfy and had clean sheets.  The only frustrating thing was trying to regulate the heat...was hard to find that sweet spot of not to hot but not cold.  The furnishings are not the latest but nothing was broken or so worn to be an eyesore or not useable.  A wonderful price, a VERY comfortable stay!  Thank you Budget Inn.

I am always torn between saving money and  getting basic cleanliness in a hotel room when I require just a place to sleep. This small motel is at a price range that I would probably be normally very aware of the sacrifices I would be making to get the price. Budget Inn however turned out to suit my needs perfectly. Location is great: 1 minute away from the highway, atop of the hill, on a very quiet rural street. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Bedding - pristine. Lots of TV channels. My non smoking room did not reek of smoke (which is harder and harder to get! half of the time my non smoking room turns out to be super stinky). Price is low due to outdated furniture and no amenities, but I think the tradeoff was well worth.

Will be staying here again every time in Cambridge

This is not the place to stay for those who need all the amenities (pool, exercise facilities, restaurants, etc.) of the large chain motels. But this place is great for those that just need a clean, quiet, safe and affordable place to get a good night's sleep while traveling. While the building is a bit old and dated, the management obviously takes pride in the operation, and I found nothing wanting in the cleanliness and prepartion of the room I rented. I travel a couple of times a year through this part of Ohio and this is my new go-to place for a good night's rest.

The price is right

Needed a little more room when you walked into the room you fall on the bed when you walk in.
