Room was clean & internet wifi work good. no breakfast but Mcdonald is nearby and many other choices of restaurants too. so we were good. Staff was friendly & helpful. Will stay here again when we come to silversprings, FL again.

Good for price

There is a sign when you walk in the office stating "no refunds after 10 min." Use those 10 min. wisely! Make sure the toilet flushes, the A/C works, and that the room actually has the microwave & fridge that are supposedly in every room. We changed rooms because we did not have a fridge or microwave. BYO fitted sheet as well, because there was wasn't one on our bed. One of the other people staying there left to buy his own sheets. Rooms are old & in need of upgrade. Housekeeping will turn the A/C off when they come to clean your room, so be prepared for it to be hot when you return (and when you first arrive). There is no "Do Not Disturb" door hanger.

No refunds after 10 min!

There were no other places to stay. Busy festival weekend at Silver Spring (knap-in). On the phone, I was quoted $75 (or so I thought). Upon arrival, however, I was told $95. I wound up paying $105 with the taxes. The people running it were very nice and helpful, but according to online price listings, I think I was taken advantage of. Room key didn't work the first time, but I quickly got one that did.
  I should have checked the room first before I took it though. The smell was brutal. I have slept in some rough places over the years, between the military and working in the field. I once had a better night's sleep, and less stink, sitting up in a Port o Potty (no joke). The AC was not on so the stench was palpable on entrance. The room was tiled and the floor looked clean. Big screen on the wall, but no fridge or microwave so I didn't get to eat, nor did I want to after 2 minutes inside. 
  I only brought in my sleeping bag, a sheet, a hat, and a sweater for fear of contamination and am so glad that I did. Thank goodness I had brought air freshener, but that only covered the smell for 15 minutes or so at a time. I was genuinely tempted to sleep with the door open, but there were weird people wandering around outside. I didn't dare turn on the air, because I was afraid it'd just stir it up more....think mothballs [overwhelming, almost to the point of gagging] and wet socks [slight] to the point that it's all you can taste. 
  I spread the bag over the bed so I wouldn't accidentally touch the comforter if I rolled, and slept with the sheet tucked in around my head to cut down on the smell. I would immediately wake up if it came unwrapped because of the smell. There was also an odd, locked door inside my room that I couldn't access, in the hallway next to the bathroom. I assume it was an utility closet, but all I could think of, all night, was some creepy clown murderer would be popping out and standing over me at 2 am with a knife. As a small female, traveling solo, you tend to be paranoid sometimes. Around 12 am, I was wishing it would hurry up and happen, so the stink headache would go away. 
  Instead of a second night, I slept in the back seat of my truck at Publix. Even with the street sweeper waking me up around 3:30 am, and the cold weather, I slept much better, though my sleeping bag and pillow still reeked like the hotel. I need new ones. I'm pretty sure that I left my license at the front desk, but when I called the person who answered said it wasn't there. Not sure I want it back at this point...... Only positive there was that staff was very polite.

Terrible, horrible, awful smell and creepy internal door. No fridge or microwave for $105.

I booked this motel on Booking.com through Trip Advisor. When we arrived at the office, we asked the price for a night at Relax Inn. We were quoted a price several dollars cheaper than quoted by Booking.com. I should've paid more attention to the dismal reviews. The picture showed a pool. In reality, there was no working pool, nor has there been one for four years or more. My iPhone could not recognize their promised wifi. The room was dark and shabby, but the grossest thing was a brown glob on a towel, that smeared, when removed. The room was very hot, the a/c was turned on only when we arrived. When the temp didn't improve, I knew we couldn't stay there. I was offered a refund, minus ten dollars. I immediately called Booking.com to complain about the unacceptable room conditions and $10 charge to leave. All Booking.com could do for me was refund the couple of bucks difference between their price and the walk-in price, like THAT was a major issue. By that time, I was drenched in sweat, as the room was still jungle hot. I walked to the office to cool off, but there was no a/c in there, either. The owner told me that their parrot didn't like a/c. I ended up doing a charge-back on my credit card.

Stay away!

We will never stay here again. No hot water, ice machine broken, key quit working after two uses, big hole in light socket. Bad tv reception, wifi kept dropping signal. Stay here and you will be sorry. Avoid this place. Danger, danger Wll Robinson.

Sucks! Real Bad

bed bugs cocroaches and filth, prostitutes in and out all night, no TP, towels were filthy, owners were verbally threatening, but the bed bugs were the final straw.
