I am very skeptical of Motel 6's however this one is brand new, very clean and great!  I will stay here again if given the chance.  Hope this place stays as nice as when my friend and I stayed her.  So many are run down.  I will be back!

The reservationist was so pleasant. Called to check on pet fee since was burned at a different hotel in Iowa (website listed a lower fee than what was charged in person)

Wow. Just wow. Pulling into the parking lot I had no idea how this place would do on my scale, especially with the mixed reviews. But it was amazing. The front desk employees were on it and accommodated all of our requests. We stayed on the third floor. Although the room was rather cramped and had no amenities, it is to be expected for a budget hotel. I was shocked by the cleanliness of the room. The hardwood floor was a positive since they are typically cleaner than carpet. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through North Platte. Just expect less amenities than your typical hotel. I will definitely be back if I ever pass through here again.

we have not stayed in a motel 6 in decades. but now that we have a dog, we have been looking for motels without pet fees for our road trips. this property is great. while the rooms are somewhat small, they are well designed. there is a luggage holder which has a space under the platform for additional storage. the desk has several cubbyholes for storage of smaller items. the bed was very comfortable. i have read complaints that the mattress slides on the platform. if you sit straight down and do not slide into it, the mattress stays put. the room was clean with shiny flooring. --i prefer hard floors to carpets (which can hide a lot of disgusting spills). i walked across the room after showering and the bottoms of my feet stayed clean. the air conditioning worked perfectly. we used the microwave in the lobby to reheat our leftovers. i had a small package that needed to stay frozen. the clerks at the front desk were kind and allowed me to store it in their freezer. the only thing that i would change is to have the shades go from the bottom up instead of the conventional way (top down). this would result in privacy while still allowing for outside light in the room. we liked the facility well enough to stay here on our return drive home. it may seem odd to rate a budget motel as a 5, but i am rating it within its grouping. one would hardly expect the same level of quality compared to a hotel charging twice the price,

May 17.  Wasn't sure about Motel 6, but decided to check it out.  It is a newer motel & we were pleasantly surprised  how clean it is & the price was right.  Desk clerk was very friendly.  Room is very small, but hubby & I made it work.  Woke feeling refreshed.  Coffee was nice.  Women, bring a hair dryer if you're staying.  Would we stay here again? ... You betchya!  🙂👍

super clean room made me feel at home and the housekeeper Siera did an amazing job i would recommend this motel to anyone traveling it’s affordable and very well taken care of. highly recommended to anyone

Cannot say enough good things about Motel 6 ... dependable, clean, quiet, friendly staff, always leaves the light on ... The COVID-19 stay-at-home order had just been lifted and my son and I needed to make a quick trip to Chicago to move him out of his dorm room.  We encountered car trouble along the way in Denver which delayed us 4 1/2  hours ... but Motel 6 was there in North Platte, with their light on, waiting for our arrival.  After a long day, it was good to get a great night's sleep before heading out the next morning to continue our journey.

I got a great night's sleep at the North Platte Motel 6. Jessica at the front desk found me a quiet room and Jaz had made my room spotless. The manager was in the front office when I checked out; he was kind and hard working.

We planned to stay in North Platte and I made a reservation on line. Only problem is after too many travel days I booked for the wrong night.  I called them and my card had been charged as a no show. They kindly gave me a room for the night I needed without any extra charge. Left note for the person on duty who knew exactly what I was referring to when we arrived. Friendly no hassle. Room small but clean and they welcomed our pet. Turned my error into a relaxing evening 👍. Not many places that would have just said to bad your error and charged me for a second night. Goes a long way in my book

I've stayed here a few times and hands down Tanya and Zac will go above and beyond for your every need, want and desire. It feels like family when I'm there. I don't stay with any other place when I'm in town. Thanks again guys for everything!

great price, no pet fee, extremely clean

While traveling through Nebraska, we stayed at Motel 6 and were very satisfied.  Upon our return, we wanted to stay again but couldn't because all the lodging in the  area was booked due to Nebraska Days.   Kimberely called numerous competitors to help us find lodging with no success.  She went above and beyond to help us.  And together with our first stay I highly recommend you give them a visit.

My wife and I with our two dogs were traveling through Ne. We have stayed in North Platte several times. When we arrived , it appeared that  a lot of the motels were full.. I stopped at the Comfort Inn and when I discovered their high pet fee, I left. I noticed a new three story motel next door and discovered at was a Motel 6. I had not stayed at a Motel 6 in years because of a bad experience. I went in the Motel 6 and was surprised how clean the lobby was. The young lady at the desk, Ravan was very friendly and went out of her way to help us .The room rate was very reasonable and no pet fee. The room was a basic room and small. However, the decor was nice and the room was clean. Very quiet room. At the present time is a nice place to stay over night.

They ALWAYS leave the light on for you ...

Motel 6 can vary, we were going to be in late and just sleep.  It delivered.  The motel is simple, the room was clean, relatively up to date, and had what you needed.  The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot. I'd stay again if we were passing through. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, no frills, no problems

Traveling to WY. Basic and clean. Friendly staff. Recently updated. This is a bed and shower basic motel but it suits our need for a stop on the way to our destination. Can’t beat the price. Everyone is tired of the other chains crappy breakfast anyway. Why pay more? Sleep,shower cup of coffee and go. 
This location is recommended.
