We have been staying there for the past 20yrs when we go to N. Conway. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and have refrigerator and microwave. Quite place to relax when not out doing other things.

Last minute booking for the weekend, based solely off Trip Advisor reviews.  So glad we did.  Owners were very nice.  Room was spotless. Room was small, but had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, A/C, tv and wifi.  Close to everything in the Conway area.  We will definetly be back.

These are cute little cabins with the necessities. Clean & Comfortable. Extremely friendly owners that love the valley & take pride in their business.Great location to stay, very easy to get to town or shopping!

Stayed here for a long weekend of shopping in North Conway.  Room was basic with 2 comfortable beds (with nice linens), small table & 2 chairs, television, microwave & small refrigerator.  Bathroom was small, but clean with towels.   Check-in was easy.  Owner was courteous and nice.

If you're looking for a [very] reasonable no frills motel in an ideal location this is the one.  The only item that was missing was the coffee maker so if you need your wake up cup of Joe bring your own.  Otherwise the room was clean, sheets clean and changed as if by magic.  The motel is just off the main road but with the window closed and the A/C on you're not disturbed.

I'd certainly go back

Short version: MOTEL IS UNDER EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT/OWNERSHIP and I would avoid doing business with this company. 

More detailed version: I booked a reservation a year in advance through Hotels.com. Weeks later I was contacted by the motel stating that they needed to charge me extra because their prices would be increasing for 2020. It's unfortunate that there was an error on Hotels.com side or the motels side but that is not my error and Hotels.com has a price guarantee so basically the only way they could get out of my reservation was to rebook me at a different hotel, which would be more expensive. Maple Leaf was not happy with this option but because they were in contract they would honor the price. Fast forward 4 months later, I get a call from Maple Leaf letting me know that they are cancelling their contract with Expedia (Hotels.com). So I say "what does that mean for my reservation?' To which she repeated that she just wanted to let me know that she was cancelling her contract with them. So I ask my question again, where she then repeats herself again. I'm a little frustrated, I didn't raise my voice but I ask "are you telling me this because you want me to cancel my reservation? I can't believe you would risk losing my whole reservation, over your error." She then started to repeat herself again and then mid sentence hung up on me! 
At this point I will let Hotels.com handle the situation and will take my business elsewhere.
