I have stayed here a few times and really like this motel. They are always nice and helpful. The beds are the most comfortable than any of the expensive hotels I have been to.never had any problems.i will stay again.

After reading the reviews on this website, I had to check this place out for myself. There was a mention of bugs in this motel, however, when i stayed, i did not see a single fly in the room! The bed sheets smelled fresh, and the beds felt really soft like temperpedic. It gets really hot in Texas, but when we entered, the room was chilled, and the manager went out of their way to accommodate me. Their customer service is on point! For $44 a night, they give free wifi, refrigerator, microwave, tv cable, and COFFEE! It honestly doesnt get better than this. The motel doesn't have that old look feeling to it after they repainted it and renovated the rooms!

Stayed here last night and was blown away. Very reasonable rate, friendly staff, hot shower, and super soft king bed with clean sheets that smelled great. It’s right off 281 but I cranked the window unit up and didn’t hear road noise. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip home.

We stay here every year when we visit family. The owner is very nice and if you have a problem they’ll do their best to fix it. It’s the best motel I feel in Hamilton. Will  continue staying here every year.

It's a small motel but keep up very nice, the people are very friendly the rooms are good size. the prices is great. If your in the Hamilton area stop by and take a break. You will sleep good in these beds.

Well managed, nice quiet motel.  We were much appreciative of the large room, comfortable beds and the cleanliness.  Sheets and cover seem like they were new.  Even had a microwave and refrig.  WiFi worked seamlessly.

For the price we expected much less and were well pleased.  Will definitely stay here when in the area.

It is a very small motel. The owners are very nice and was quick to check me in. The room was very very small and very out dated. Walls were dirty, bathroom was the size of a very small closet. The bed was not bad had a very old window unit in it so it was loud and right over my head. I may have gotten a room that has not been updated according to some reviews. It was not a loud place but did notice that locals live there . You get what you pay for.

Bugs on the headboard; bugs on mattress pad; bugs and cobwebs on window; no cable for tv, therefore, no tv; coffee maker but no coffee; dingy thin towels; no hot water; there was a "boil water" advisory in town but no one at motel was advised "Don't drink the water". I have stayed here for the last 10 yrs when in town to visit family. I will never stay here again. The lady running it is nice, but conditions have gotten bad. There is another motel on 281 about 2 miles south of this location.
