Great staff, hotel and location. My family and I stayed there on July. The hotel, rooms, and staff were very friendly. The buffet is good enough for the day, but be ready for a very chaotic morning, as the hotel is very busy. The rooms are comfortable, and although the hotel itself on the hallways can fell somehow hot, the rooms AC does work well for the night. It is properly located in the midtown of Manhattan, and with great access to several subway stations.
