866 reviewsOkay, I was expecting the worse from this hotel based on the reviews, and maybe that helped me be relativley suprised by my visit. No, its not up to par, but this is a very good place to stay if youre on a budget or just looking for a nice location to lay your head. They are updating the whole lobby right now, so I feel like they hear everyones conserns in the reviews. They redid their bathrooms that are wonderful, and the room all around is fine. Were in our early 20s and was great for us. Might not be the greatest for more middle aged people looking for something nicer. The ice machines are not avalible, but you just call down to the lobby, and they bring your ice to your room. I loved that! The staff was great, gave me all the info I needed at check in and was super nice. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the lack of housekeeping. The first night we got it, they did not make the bed or change the sheets, and the second night, the didnt even come. So we didnt get clean towels or more water (which is included in the resort fee). I feel like they are really updating it, but that takes some time especially with smaller buisnesses. People expect too much, this place is fine!
