Amazing hotel! Location is fantastic and whilst it’s not the plaza it’s clean, lovely decor on the newly decorated floors (currently being upgraded) air con a godsend, staff are fab Raquel on front desk lovely human being! Ashley chambermaid nothing was too much! Kind considerate amazing people! They don’t have the easiest of jobs in ‘service’ but nothing is too much bother! We didn’t opt for the breakfast option didn’t need it as we are in Times Square NYC want breakfast step outside and pick a place! Will definitely be back to this amazing hotel! Don’t let the bad reviews put you off! I am a fusspot and was apprehensive when I saw them but these guys! Made our holiday! Thank you Manhatten @Times Square! And for all the pillows xx
