The West Tower At One Un Plaza - Millennium Hotels And Resorts

We stayed here for a family visit to New York for site seeing. The location was a quick taxi ride from LGA, only about a $35 ride. We arrived late and received a warm welcome from Ticia at the front desk- a very nice greeting after a long and late travel day. Ainsley was also a great help as we arrived. We were in a king suite, which was beautifully appointed and very spacious, with 1 and half baths- perfect for our family of four. Tiffany and Jenny cleaned our room each day and we're meticulous in taking care of our requests. We had a great view overlooking the river, which was perfect. The in-room technology was well thought out, with smart TVs and a central control panel for both lighting temperature. The Honors lounge has spectacular views of the city and serves both a daily breakfast and snacks/beverages in the evening for Honors guests. The location is only two blocks from Grand Central and surrounded by plenty of local restaurants and shops. Traveling as a family, we felt very comfortable and safe in the area walking late in the evening. The staff was simply delightful and really made us feel at home. Monique, at the front desk was a great help and took great care of our family. I would highly recommend this Hotel as a perfect location for enjoying the city whether you're traveling with your family or on your own.
